I have been in working with US HUD for quite some time now, and really value my relationship with them. I am consistently getting leads and It's well worth the money you spend! Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I've been working with Ushud and gettimg marketing support and leads for a couple of years now. The client support people are responsive and much better than any other online serviced I've used.
I started receiving leads within 24 hours of signing up. I have to follow up with the leads to close the deals which I have done many many times.

This has to be a joke.
Too many nonsense leads coming from this company. Most don't answer, the one I received yesterday says "I'm sorry I already been pre- approved and I have an agent".
The other lead yesterday was just looking, didn't even have a job.
My favorite lead of all was a lady in a nursing home. She used the office number as her contact number.
This company is number 1 in the most bogus leads per month.

So sorry to have been taken in by this company. What they promise and what they deliver are miles apart and their customer care service is appalling! (Yes I'm speaking of you *). Never have I been treated so badly. The leads are scarce and the ones that I did receive weren't legit or qualified. I am an experienced realtor and know how to respond and work leads so it wasn't that I didn't properly follow up etc. Save your money and your dignity. Should have done my research. Learn from my mistakes. Check out the number of complaints filed by the Better Business Bureau. That says it all.

Not only did I never get quality leads from US HUD, they refused to refund my money for an additional month because I missed cancelling by ONE DAY - and I didn't know I needed to do so. I would never recommend them.

I get a lot of no responses from the leads. However, with enough of them, I eventually got some decent ones and closed some sales. Don't expect all the leads to be that great... you need to get a lot of them to be worth it.

Fraud! Scammers! Bad leads! You won't close anything here. Wrong numbers and people who aren't trying to purchase a home at all! Save your money! Worst customer service ever! Even the realtors are running into the same issues!

First they get you for 1,500 and then a month later charge another 900.00. Total scam leads that don't go anywhere. I can't get in contact with them. They don't answer any of the phone calls that i have made and left messages. We had to cancel our credit card because of these people.

They acquire leads by using bogus squeeze pages which they share with multiple agents. Over $2500 invested, all bad and sometimes aggravated leads. Terrible investment, Agent beware

Leads went no where - complete waste of time.
Tried to cancel - finally cancelled two days after a payment was taken - no refund. People - almost $900 for 3 days of use - don't do it!

This is a scam... Pay way too much for nothing! DO NOT use them. They will pull the $ from your cc even if you want to cancel, you are locked in and get nothing for your $. Promised 41% listing from leads they send but all have been fake leads I believe. Nobody answers their phone or contacts you back. I am very frustrated and upset at the service I have been given cause I can't get a call back from US HUD either!

They use bait and switch tactic to trick you for a long term contract than you initially signed up for

This is a private company that is attempting to scam Realtors into using their site. They are using the "HUD" name to make people think they are government. They say they have a "federal grant" but don't know the name of the grant. Very rude and obnoxious company. Don't listen to them ever. They did not work with the government and never will.

The leads are terrible. They generate the leads through foreclosure ads so the leads are people that don't have money or are investors looking for a steal. I signed up for 3 months ($1600+) and never got a single useful lead. After cancelling in writing, they still charged my credit card again claiming that I agreed on a recorded call to extend. That is a lie. They can't produce the recorded call where I said that. Just run away from this scam and be sure to tell all your friends as well.

Do not sign up for the US HUD leads, they are trash. I signed up for them and do get 2 leads coming in per day but over the first 30 days there hasn't been one that is qualified or real. The names and phone #'s are real but when I talk to them they have 1. Bad credit 2. Maybe $5,000- $10,000 for a down payment and 3. Want a 3 bd, 2 bath, 2,000 sq ft home in Denver for $250k. Sorry ain't happening. Maybe 10 years ago. Plus I have put in 3 phone calls, 4 texts and 3 emails to my sales rep since this is all happening and he isn't returning my calls. Do Not waste your time with these leads!

Do. Not do business with this company. They use descriptive practices to get your money. The leads are not good. These people are are scamming agents out of money with bad leads and deceptive trade practices.

Overpriced third-party leads! This company completely lies about the number of leads, lead sources, and auto-renews your contract without notice or permission.
