I had a water heater delivered to me on December 28 and when I opened the box it was all dented and had the drain valve on the bottom broken off. I called the place where I ordered it from and they said that I would have to order another one and have the damaged one shipped back. I have 1000.00 invested in water heaters now till they refund my money back on the damaged one. Well the UPS driver drove up to the house and looked at it and was going to drive away till I yelled at him and said I have a pickup. He got mad and slammed the truck in park and slammed the door open cuz he didn't want to mess with it. He finally got out of the truck and gave me the tracking number that he was supposed to pick up and loaded it up in his truck. He was going to let the person works the next day to do it. Lazy drivers.
I used to love going to my local ups store, friendly and always service oriented. Fast forward, change of staff and now rude and not service oriented at all. Then they closed my local store (surprised) and now the closest one is 20 mins away where I went yesterday to return an Amazon package. Different rules, so I had to print a label instead of using the QR code, paid for it which is ok, but would have been great to know about beforehand. The woman behind me did not have to use the computer to print, they did it for her, so very inconsistent and the staff was just very unfriendly and not service minded at all. This never happens at FedEx and I wish Amazon and more companies would use them instead.

Called them they said the driver would be back in an hour to verify his stop. Never showed up. Called 2 hours later still no response will never use ups again

On 12/14/22 I placed my order with Hermosa who has delivered to me before. However, here I am on December 27 and I still don't have my product. The reason Chris who is the delivery guy in the Short North per the store located in the Short North. He is the reason why I'm not getting my packages. He is being vindictive and facetious irregardless of his position as an employee with UPS. And UPS doesn't care that I'm not getting my package.
The only reason they are getting one star is because no stars is not an option. By far the worst logistics company ever. I have bought so many items that the seller has shipped UPS and the package never arrives on time. Even when you pay for same day or next day air. It amazes me they are still in business. UPS CEO you need to work on customer service. AMAZON manages to get packages tracking within minutes. UPS is absolute trash.
I got an email from UPS stating that my package was delivered at my residence. It wasn't because I was sitting outside next to my door. I walked the entire neighborhood and checked every door for my package. Nothing! Then I put in my tracking number again and it still said that it was just delivered to "Residence". I Ghent check for proff of delivery and it showed that my package was delivered to the post office in town even though it had my street address and house number on it. Worthless employees...
Constantly with the failed delivery attempts but driver never bothered to attempt delivery. I have a camera system and a ring door bell. You can't step foot on my property with out me knowing. Drivers are simply lazy and cancel the delivery. Meanwhile the customer sits waiting for the 4 hour window cause of the signature required.
A parcel leave from Vienna (21.12) to reach Rome (24.12 at 6am). Ok 24 25 26 holidays but 27th I was expecting the parcel but I will be delivered on 29.12 and also I changed my address to access point for easy pick up but when I phone customers service they told me the address havnt changed only the zip code has changed.online u cant even see your delivery address again. Please do an around trip of FedEx or gls may be you will get an idea of app and another things gow they functions well and great for customers convenience.
Changed their delivery date at the last minute twice! Was out for delivery twice and now says a delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. The package has been in town for 4 days now and UPS wants 6 dollars for me to pick it up. Will never use them again.
They are rude and unprofessional. They are scamming people and not doing their job. I spent 3 hours on the phone, talked with 4 people and they gave me completely different information and all information was wrong. They promised to resolve my problem and never did.
On 12/17 I found a note of my door for missed delivery, of which I knew nothing prior. It also was stated that the signature was required, which I also didn't know anything about. And apparently in UPS's view, people don't work; they just sit glued to the door waiting for somebody from UPS to knock on the door one day. After a long conversation that same day with the call center rep. The delivery was rescheduled for 12/24. On 12/19 I upon coming home from work I found another notice of missed delivery with the treat to shop my package back to sender, if the third delivery is not accepted. UPS makes their own schedules as convenient for them and expect you to sit and wait all day for them to show up as it works for them. I call again to question why there was a delivery on the 19th, when 3 days prior it was scheduled for 24th. I was assured by the customer service rep. That the rescheduled date was indeed 24th. On upon checking their website and tracking the package, I discovered that the third delivery was scheduled for 12/20! And that is after two prior phone confirmations for 12/24. Once again, I was reassured that I will get my package on 12/24, delivered to my house. On the 24th I was under house arrest all day waiting for the delivery as schedule and confirmed by 3 call center reps. And it never happened! At 7pm I contacted UPS again and was informed that according to their system, I requested for the package to be held for self pickup. This was a Christmas present for my 10 year old son! Talking to that rep was like taking to a brick wall, which at the end wished me Happy Holidays. That is not to mention the other scam that UPS runs these days: if you miss the first delivery at their convenience and try to reschedule, so that you make arrangements to be there, UPS will scam you for an additional change of $12.
I ordered Christmas gift for my nephew from Amazon and Amazon shipped the package through ups! Now, I ordered the gift way before Christmas and now the package was delayed due to weather conditions when it was supposed to been in my state way before the day of delivery. I'm highly upset as everyone else will get gifts and not my nephew. I'm highly disappointed NEVER use UPS
I most wonderful experience with UPS this holiday season. I inadvertently put in the wrong house number for a package. I immediately contacted the company to ask them to switch the address, but they said they could not help me as they already processed my order. Ridiculous. I know! I then contacted a wonderful rep from UPS and he changed my delivery address. Not only was my package delivered to the correct address, but it was delivered earlier than I had first expected.
Worst absolute worst!
Call centre located abroad with incompetent staff lie, put you on hold saying you are being transferred and you are left there waiting without anyone answering.

We bought a last minute gift for a friend. The order was placed before we got hit with 2 feet of snow. I thought 100% that UPS would leave it at our local PO box. I was literally stunned to see the parcel was delivered to our door. We thank the driver and UPS for going way above and beyond. They always get us our packages in a timely manner but this was unexpected. Merry Christmas to all of you hard working people and wishing you a safe and happy New Year.
I've found that UPS delivery is generally dishonest in their dealings with customers relative to expected deliveries. On several occasions I've had UPS delivery scheduled and then delayed for "bogus" reasons. This latest one involves a delivery delay right before Christmas because of an address error. It's an Amazon order. I get a LOT of deliveries from USPS with no issues. I've had some in the past, while not as timely as I'd hoped, at least delivered to the right address. Suddenly they claim a faulty address that they fixed on their own? Nonsense. The address was correct all along. This is just a ruse so that they can delay delivery until after Christmas without Amazon being upset.
UPS says they deliver your packages, but they don't. If you're lucky enough to bypass the electronic customer service, the person will lie to you and tell you that they are sending notes to someone who will call you back in an hour. I called back. She took more fake notes and said someone would call back soon. I said that I wanted to file criminal charges on the driver. No one ever returned my calls. They don't care.
I received a collections notice from a $13 unpaid UPS invoice. However I never even received the invoice, not by mail, email, never received any type of notice it would be sent to collections if unpaid. That being said how can I pay for an invoice I've never received and have no idea even exists. To top it off once I called I found out the address for this invoice was attached to an address I've never even heard of. Customer service was completely useless and unwilling to help. So now that they've effectively damaged my credit rating by sending an invoice that's not mine to collections, my only option is to pay the invoice so that it doesn't further damage my credit. Worst company I've ever encountered, and I will be contacting a lawyer. If any company chooses to ship UPS I'll never purchase from them again. This company is crooked and shouldn't be able to run like this.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
