A friend just came back from a trip with unsold.com and had a fantastic experience.
Very disappointed. Paid an additional 329.00 when I left for resort fees and parking. I noticed the parking fee and discussed it upon arrival, but I didn't see the daily resort fee. Neither the hotel or Unsold made me aware that either fees existed. As sated above I myself noticed the parking fee. Too much for a room without a microwave or tub.
I had a very good experience with unsold.com I had a reservation and three days before I was due to travel we were put in full lockdown due to C19. I emailed unsold.com with low expectations as I was fully aware of the terms and conditions when I booked. They permitted me to change the dates of my holiday. Thank you to the team at unsold.com

Having already secured a sydney deal and booked and checked with the hotel that my booking was secured, I am more comfortable booking other getaways.
5 Stars for "how would you rate your overall value so far?" I purchased from an ad in a game. This is taking a huge chance as there was little reason to trust this company with my info. If they had PayPal, I would have trusted it more.
