Not that many choices I can make, too many block dates!
I love a good deal and I love to travel. Its also nice to have different payment options. This will allow for me to travel and book additional trips with my family
1) If I buy a voucher that is supposed to be redeemable within 24 months I expect it to be redeemable for any date within the next 24 months - if it hasn't been clearly stated differently. It only shows AFTER purchase that many dates are not available at all.
2) After contacting the support (only available through support site, no phone, no live chat) I'd like to get a response that goes beyond an automatic confirmation of receipt. In my case, this doesn't seem to / didn't happen either.
My conclusion, unfortunately: Not a trustworthy business -- I advise against it.

Cheap, easy, fast, deal looks promising, good reviews
(i wrote the same thing on trust pilot too) I have made a payment for a booking that was never made. I tried to book a hotel yet it was impossible due to the fact that the country I live in was not listed in the booking details and I could not book my stay. I contacted the company for help and a refund via their support page and via the phone number and got no help, they just asked for my info and said they will contact me asap. After they sent me an email and asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes and for more than 6 hours now I did get any reply on the matter. Although they claim they work 24-7, they don't answer any calls and are unavailable. They have a good review on a couple of websites, but my experience is not good at all.
Edit after the reply: I sent the info they asked for and now I am waiting to see what's next.
Edit 2: They called me and issued a full refund to be done in 3 to 5 business days.
Edit 3: The girl assisting was really lovely, I got a refund in less than 48h and apologies for not being able to do my booking due to the issue of Serbia not listening in countries that could be booked from. Overall in the end it was a much better experience than I expected, my money is back in my account. I feel much safer booking with them in the future now.
