I just booked the hotel so I should see how it goes... hope the hotel is a good one and I will definitely will rate after my trip...
We have paid for 8 nights accommodation and have only been credited with 4 nights. When I contacted Unsold I was asked to provide proof of payment from our credit card which i did immediately. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no response or adjustment to our credit card.
