I received a wig and washed for the first time and the hair around the closure knotted very badly. I reached out to the company and they wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I will not be ordering from them again. Be careful with the colored hair purchases. Almost $300 down the drain.

I did a return and the package was recieved by company but no update no way of contacting anyone i'm very frustrated

I only brought the hair because it advertised 48 hr delivery well today is Thursday and I ordered the hair on Tuesday morining and still my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I will be sending it back because atp I don't need it and will have to purchase new hair because it wouldn't arrive in time for my hair appointment

Please stay away from this company, they are the worst, and don't like to refund money back! BE AWARE

I ordered 26'. Takes to heat very well. I get my hair touched up next week and the hair is still soft a bouncy. 10/10 do recommend

I got a beautiful hair on unice, was very nice quality, I loved it no smell, no shedding, soft and easy to maintain. 10/10 recommend!

The hair is BEAUTIFUL when you first get it after your second wear its matted really bad the wigs shed so horribly one of my wigs had a strong nasty smell it took forever to get rid of I had to use fabric softener to get the smell out they tangle really bad as well they wigs are cheap but to me not worth it I'd rather pay more for quality.

The quality of the hair is decent but God forbid you need to make a return. They would lie that the hair did not come back in its original condition just to keep part of your money. I Plan to never buy from this company again.

I returned a wig. I paid $12 to return the wig. It took them 3 weeks to decide that I had to pay 30% of the cost. I ended up paying close to 50 % of the cost with nothing to show for it. The absolute worst company out there.

It took me opening up a claim with Klara to get them to send a return label after sending me the WRONG WIG. Initially I had no correspondence, no matter how many times I reached out.
The wig was NOTHING like I chose.

THE WORST HAIR COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST! Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I ordered a wig from them on Ali Express that they had listed. After I purchased, they told me that the wig was out of stock and kept trying to make me take a wig that is completely different than what I ordered as a replacement. I kept saying no and they finally offered a refund. Every day they've been asking me what my details are to refund. The same details I've been providing. They are stalling and not trying to return my funds. I've now contacted PayPal and created a case against them! Still waiting for my refund.
SIDE NOTE: if you do decide to buy their wigs, I noticed all the wigs are cheaper on their Ali Express site. On their actual website, they're charging three times the amount! Rip off!

No contact info didn't want the wig i had in stock, i didn't find that out until i contacted them inquiring abt the delivery. Advertised 48 hr delivery it took almost 8 days

The customer service was not helpful but the hair is good. I ironed it and still silky,really love it!

It's perfect, 100% human hair, very soft, hardly any shed&Fast shipping. Good customer service. Amazing hair wig! It doesn't shed!

I bought it three times in unice, the last one I got was v par twig, it was incredible, and super easy to wear my friend said it was like my own hair lol

This is the best hair I have bought recently and I have bought alot.I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews but it was easy to install,no tangles.Ive had it in for a week and still love it.

DO NOT do business with this company! They are liars and will steal your money. I ordered a glueless wig from here and spent $200. For one, it says it ships from the United States with 48-hour delivery. That is a LIE! It shipped from China and it took 10 days to get it. I ordered it on 1/13/23 and did not receive it until 1/23/23. When I finally received it, I tried it on and it was too big. That same day I emailed them and said it was too big and that I would like to return it. They did not respond until 2 days later, asking for pictures of the wig in VERY broken English. I didn't even understand what they were saying. I sent pictures. Then they requested more pictures of the lace and kept referring me to their return policy and filling out a form on my account, which I couldn't do because it was not marked as DELIVERED. It was a glueless wig, so nothing was done to the lace. On 1/28/23 they finally sent me the address of where to send the wig and asked me to pay for the return and send them the tracking number. At this point, I called them out and said that their policy says free returns. Then they respond with oh, we will send you a return label. I finally receive the return label on 1/31/23. This is over a week later from when I first reached out. I tracked the package and saw that my return was delivered on 2/6/23. I sent them a message to let them know. They proceed to tell me that they will only by giving me an 80 PERCENT refund due to the wig that I NEVER wore being "frizzy" and "smelly". I told them that that is completely unacceptable for a wig that I never wore and that I would post a bad review on every single site possible if I did not get a full refund. They responded with "got you. Just trying to see what happened. We will send refund in 48 hours". They finally gave me a refund on 2/9/23. This is 2 1/2 weeks later from when I first reached out. They still are going to get this review because this company is trash! I should've known something was up with this company when I saw that they delete all comments off of their Facebook page. Also, check them out on the Better Business Bureau. They have an F. Next time, I'll do my research ahead of time. This company is shady. They also blow up your phone via texts, app notifications, and emails several times a day. Half the time, when you click it, it's lying about the deal offered. Never again.

I purchased two wigs from Unice Hair, and neither wigs looked anything like the qig pictured or described. The wigs were frail, very thin, the lace was very hard, more like synthetic and not human hair as advertised. I should've read the reviews. They offered me $20 out of the $270 I spent or return them. I asked, what about sending f me the items as advertised...no response. The hair sheds like crazy and I've only had them for a few days. I'm afraid to do anything to them as they will be completely bald after styling them. Please, save your money, Unice hair company isn't an honest company.
