Inquired back on 11/26 because I didn't receive a tracking number, but the Bot that takes your questions could not pull up order. Then I tried phone number it was disconnected. Tried whatsapp but it directed you to website. Finally someone emailed me back and said hair wasn't available it had to be customized, and it will take 10 days. They asked if I wanted it shorter, I declined. I asked several questions they refused to answer, like it's already been 5-6 days the customization should be halfway finished, correct. No response, when will it be shipped, no response. Very unprofessional, short answers, canceled ordered. Horrible customer service
