I wanted to try their new yaki straight bundles. The bundles look pretty, and were full. I purchased 4 bundles. I had them installed without cutting tracks and it still shed like crazy and then began to tangle and matt up. Now it has some sort of stiffness that makes it look synthetic. I've only had the hair installed 6 weeks.!

I ordered a wig. I was told that it was 80 inches and it was not it. It was unused, never worn as soon as I took it out the box I start crying. I had a wedding to attend. I tried to return it and you guys gave me an issue of returning the wig. Hi it's Vera I love the first wig so much I bought a second one just like bought wig tape I don't like the tape but I tried the tape yesterday put I love love the wigs it doesn't really need tape it's glue less pre pluck pre bleach pre cut bye bye nots it's wonderful I usually by weaves but when I heard about the glue less wig with basically no fuss just put it on style and go love you Unice

I ordered a 26 inch wig and paid for express delivery so all together I paid 336.00. After I made the purchase they emailed me that they didn't have the 26 inches in stock. Now that info should be available and updated on the app to give customers a different option to choose from. It's now been 5 days since the order and I haven't received the refunded price difference or the wig I paid express for. Express shipping is 1-2 days I wanted to order others but I'm glad I waited to see how this turned out first.

I ordered a wig almost 2 weeks ago and even paid 35.00 for express shipping and still waiting for the wig. Then Unice sends me a discount for another wig for 60.00 and I ordered it and even provided me with a tracking number through usps.
