I bought it to prepare for the party; and the wig arrived in time. The hair texture is thick and soft. The curling curve can be maintained continuously. Without the hassle of constant maintenance. The size of this hat is as snug as I wanted. Order directly!
I will continue to purchase from this company because their shipping time is awesome. And their customer service is great! The wig seemed to be good quality too. The hair is soft, doesn't smell, and the lace blends well.
I ordered a wig in November or even around late September last year and till now I have not received the wig. I messaged Unice Hair on Whatsapp to file a complaint, within 3 days after the package said "Delivered" but hadn't received it.
Nothing was resolved. I checked everywhere and kept doing so for about 2 weeks, while trying to contact them. They kept referring me back to Fedex, who referred me back to them. I purchased the wig under a payment installment and so I needed the installment to be put on pause to resolve the case. It's been months, the case has not been resolved, the payment was sent to collection and I have now asked them to cancel the installment, they say they cannot and are offering $30 for an item $230+ and has my Sezzle account locked because of this issue.
Terrible customer service, terrible customer support, terrible delivery service, terrible company.
I did not even get to review the wig, but I will never buy any wigs from Unice Hair.

DO NOT order anything from Unice. When there is a problem, they will not refund you and make up a lie not to. I literally received a wig that did not look like the picture and sent it back THE SAME DAY. They said they could not refund me because the hair smelled, and the texture was changed?!? When? How? HELLO? THEY are the ones who sent me smelly bad hair. That is why I sent it back! Liars and frauds. Beware.

Hair was washed with our industrial shampoo, then apply some hair conditioner oil on the hair products, maybe you don't like this smell, but it's very easy to get it out, you can use your own good smell hair shampoo and conditioner to wash and nurse them!

Wigs donāt get natural moisture from the scalp, so it's necessary to give the wig the oils it needs. Be sure to use lightweight oils like argan oil, coconut oil, or moroccan oil. Much of the hair in the nape area gets matted due to a plastic or rubber comb, long hair tends to bunch up around the nape area, and certain types of material and fabrics will instantly cause the hair to stick. We recommend using a styling comb or brush that is specifically designed for wigs. Finger comb and detangle your hair periodically throughout the day to reduce hair collecting in the affected area.

I purchased a wig that I thought was really beautiful based on the picture. However, after ordering a 16 inch which is usually shoulder length I received a much shorter wig. Turns out the length is measured by the stretched out length not the actual length so wig was 6inches to short. I promptly contacted Customer service to find out how to return the wig, since I used my PP account instead of creating a UNice account to pay for the wig.

Wig length means the stretched length from the head spins to the longest length of hair at the bottom. It doesn't mean that all hair is the same length. Compared to straight hair, curly or wavy hair looks shorter. Height makes a big difference when picking the hair length. Someone shorter of the same length will look significantly longer than someone taller. According to our return policy, it might take some time to confirm the item status before returning. Please request a "return label" and attach product photos including the whole wig, the wig cap, etc, so that the request can be processed faster.
The return system of the US warehouse will be updated within 48 hours during working days. It will be delayed if it is a weekend or holiday. Finally, the full refund was completed on 25, Mar.

I never received my items and Unice is giving me a hard time. I asked to have my order rushed to me or to please refund my order I never received the hair at all not sure if the package was stolen or when but I don't have it.
