The wig I received looks different from the advertised picture. I'm also disappointed that you have no collection of Grey/Salt n' Pepper wigs. I'll look to find what I need elsewhere.
Please confirm the return process for me asap.

I bought a urban brown 22'' 13*4 pre-everything wig the hair is amazing very soft, good quality and no shedding but the wig is too big for my head even with the drawstring it's just bulky. The make is for one size to fit all and that is ridiculous. I think they should make them in different sizes not everybody has big head and a lot of hair.

Love Unice's bundles! The color on the Auburn bundles is my favorite. In my opinion, Unice has the cheapest options available, compared to other hair websites, without it being cheap quality. I've ordered from them a few times and their delivery is quick! It came in just under 5 days after I placed the order. Their quality is great too. Hair doesnt smell bad when it comes out and they are sooo soft. Highly recommend buying from Unice

Wig was not close to the color I ordered. The hair texture and quality is also poor. I will not purchase any other products from this company.

I was very excited and could not wait for the wig to arrive. I was impressed with the packaging 📦 a cuite pink Unice bag and free gifts. The wig itself is beautifully I love the precut hairline, and the color. However unfortunately I am going to exchange or return it because it didn't have the free part option I thought it had when I ordered.

First time customer, I ordered the 12" bob and loved the quality of the hair, density and natural look of the scalp and edges. I'll be back!

The wig is beautiful because the hair looks real and it is lightweight! I love the drawstring to tighten it up. I didn't give it a 5 star because of not having hair clips

The hair I received is soft and beautiful looking. However, once out of the bag and hair net, it's getting frizzy already. Maybe I need to add product to it, but I don't think that should happen immediately after opening.

The shipping was fast upon receiving my package it wasn't a little Dusty but when I took the bundles out they don't sting they're soft very well packaged

I been getting compliments left and right. The hair is soft and natural. The delivery was super fast.

The product is beautiful, but they need to work on premature email notifications stating that the product has been delivered when in fact its still in transit.

I ordered body wave bundles. They were soft and had little to no smell. The wefts are thin which is good for sew ins. I wish the buckle were a bit thicker though I did get 26inch lengths, so the longer the hair the thinner it gets. I hadn't got it installed yet, but the hair holds a curl very well. And my stylist hasn't said anything about the hair so this means it's good hair!

So far I am a very happy customer.

I didn't like my experience. It showed the wig was $89 then my bank card shows that it was deducted $125, if I knew it was that much money I wouldn't have spent it. The wig was nice. It came looking just like the photos on the website

Great quality, nice packaging, fast delivery.
All in all, I was really happy about this nice hair, beautiful coloring and good qualitiy.
