Accurate representation. The wig I ordered didn't have my size, the representative that was handling my order was Very Nice she made sure I got what I wanted. Stayed in touch with me until the very end. We were texting and emailing at 4am which made me very happy

Good quality wigs! I love my last wig. I need a ready to go wig. I am hoping that the wig that I order is as good of quality as the last one.

I basically gave 250 away because I paid for a wig I never received because they just left package at my door when I clearly states that it would require a signature this is so frustrating I never ordered wig again

I ordered a wig from them that never shipped and when I contacted them to cancel they never would confirm cancellation or respond to me. Will need to dispute with my bank and ofcourse never order not refer anyone to them again.

I ordered from this company again on 9/18/23 4 wigs, 3 in one order and 1 in another, because the product is great quality; however, I did not receive my first delivery with the 3 wigs I ordered totaling $400+ as FedEx claims they delivered to my residence on 9/21/23 at 1:15pm. I submitted a claim, contacted the seller and there still isn't any resolve to this issue. I have been in contact with the seller since 9/22/23 and there isn't anyone to speak with. I was emailed by UNice customer support to contact the police and immediately asked for someone else to contact me regarding this issue.
I did more investigating than FedEx and and UNice. I received communication that the situation will be handled but it's 10/2/2023 and there still hasn't been a solution. I need one immediately. I submitted a complaint with the BBB and informed UNice that I will also go to social media.
I don't have the energy or the time to continue to complain I just want a refund or someone from the company who can speak to me verbally and bring some resolve to everything.

I've been shopping from UNICE for years and they never disappoint. The wig came as described and the bonus was the special gift's that comes with your order. Would recommend 10/10.

Not five stars because I sent a question via messenger and left my email info. I never got a response. It was an important question.
Also, I am trying to return the wig and now, there is no communication regarding that. I need a return label.

I ordered the bye bye unit in reddish brown and I'm very displeased with my unit. The itself is very nice and soft
The color is very beautiful. However, I can see all the knots on the lace. My unit was never bleached. When I informed customer service of the matter and sent them pictures of the unit. Still nothing was done. I'm unsatisfied with the type of service I received.

During COVID UNICE was my go to brand. I purchased mani headband units from them, however, for every 2 purchases I'd receive a very very poor quality unit. Unfortunately, this time was one of those.
There is a very very unpleasant odor.
The density as well and thickness per stand makes the unit feel like kitten hair; very very poor quality.
My assumption is the cap size is M but I can pull the unit 1/2 way down my face. It's xxx big head friendly like for a pumpkin! Because of this there was no way for me to melt the lace. Beginners — if you aren't into bleaching knots this is not the unit for you. They are very very dark. I'm hoping this is a one off as the reviews and images are good.
This one was a waste of money. Quick shipment - 48 hrs - but from where I have no idea.

I was browsing at their wigs and left a couple in my cart without finalizing the checkout. I can't even tell you all how much I was harassed by them. I got so many texts EVEN AFTER I told them to remove my number and e-mail from their lists. If I blocked one of their numbers, I got a text from the same person from another number. It was insane. It was harassment. If I had the resources to sue, I would have. Any thought I had to buy a wig from them was gone.
