Worst wigs ever. Nothing like the pictures. The workmanship is horrible. Never ever EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I was looking through this website and put a item in the cart I didn't check out or buy the item. Later I found out that they had invoiced my PayPal account for €149 dollars do not trust this company I cancelled the invoice they sent to my PayPal account this happened more than once I won't be using this company at all. Scammers

My purchase was supposed to be lace front red wet and wavy product. I received the wig fairly quickly, which was nice. However, the item was nothing like the description. I wet the wig and the hair did nothing. It resembled a wet dog. I contacted the company and they gave me a lame excuse that the I purchased a body wave instead of a jerry curl. No where in the description did it offer a jerry curl option. I am so disappointed after spending over$100.

I purchased a water wave v part wig for my first purchase. While color is not exactly the chocolate brown as described on the site, I can make it work. ( Roots appear to be black, and the curly part is medium brown that leans toward auburn) This woh reminds.me of the spiral perm I had in the 90s, so I'm very satisfied!
The shipping was extremely fast.
As a white woman who has just discovered the world of u and v part wigs, I would order again if more brown/blond colors offered.

I would give a zero if I could. I purchased 2 wigs for the black Friday sale. I didn't like them so returned both of them. I got an email stating that it was received and would I like a refund or an exchange, I said refund. With that being said the sales just kept coming so I got one to try and didn't want it either so I mailed that back also. Well the post office still has the second returned after being there 3+ weeks. I have been trying to retrieve but it's a hassle. So I was told I can't get a refund on my first order unless I return the second order. It is/was two separate orders so why are you linking the orders together. So now I'm out $302 for th3 first and $182.07 for the other. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FOR THAT COMPANY.

Do not fall victim to these people, they are scammers, real scammers.

I ordered hair early August and it was never received, the item was returned to them by Dhl on the 30th of August; and up until now, they have refused to confirm that the item has gotten to them, I can't even track the return order anymore. I used a pay later option and was able to pause my payment but they keep telling me to pay and that when they receive the hair, the money will be refunded back to me. It's been over three months now and they are not saying anything.

These people are real scammers!

So they claim to have millions of sells. Don't trust the bs there's an app for that. Complete and beyond frustrated with this company. Put an item in the cart. Add my phone # and they text me all day with annoying texts. Reply stop and here they come from another # i know that's illegal.

Customer support is a joke practically non existent. Took months for hair to come sheds everywhere cheap and ugly not what was in the picture. The HD wigs not hs waste of my money and time do not recommend

First time ever purchasing from this company, and baby let me just tell you words can't even begin to describe how speechless and excited I was when I received my hair. The hair was exactly what I ordered, super soft, light shedding, and very beautiful it's giving me Beyoncé vibes. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Item was never received! When I contacted them, they told me to contact the shipping company to start a claim because they said it was delivered. I Never received the item and the shipper is saying to contact the sender for any type of replacement item. They are not issuing a replacement item nor are they giving back my money. This is a horrible company!

This is the worst experience I've had with a hair vendor. The wig received looked nothing like its description and when I tried to return the hair they gave me such a hard time and I'm still waiting on clear return instructions and a return shipping label. No live customer service. Amazon would never...

I purchased their ponytails for the first time and the hair quality was terrible. I ran my fingers through it and it was stiff and it was supposed to be 18 in but they stared they did not have 18 in on stock. They sent me 14 in. Because they were trying to prevent me from canceling my order. All of the sudden 18 in became available, but that's not what they sent. When I complain and made a review they offered me a refund. I sent them pictures of the hair and explain to them that the quality was stiff and that it was horrible. Once I sent the hair to them they now refuse to give me a full refund because they claim hair is stiff in addition to that they said it was broken and that it smelled. Sounds like my complaint to them. I submitted this complaint to them immediately upon receipt of the hair. The hair was never used because it was not of good quality so customer service is horrible you cannot communicate with them via telephone although they offer two phone numbers. Dealing with them through emails it's just a back and forth back and forth. I have purchased from them several times the customer service for loyalty alone should be better.

I purchased hair from the store in Brooklyn. It had a very bad odor once I opened the packages. My hair stylist also noticed the smell, after she colored and dryed it, the hair smells worse. I paid $150 for the hair and it's definitely not good hair. Sheds and smells, it'spoor quality! I will have to take it out after only 4 days because the odor is there and I feel very self conscious about walking around with smelly hair.

I bought 2 wigs from unice and one was a blonde wig that was supposed to be a side part but had a middle part! The other one was a 26' body wave wig and this hair look good on the surface! Only it is horrible the hair tangles and sheds bad! The fore I contacted Unice on chat and was informed to email and send pictures. Which I received no response so I went back to the chat and the told me to send pic to a message number. I did that and sent another emailed again and pics on the chat! The lady was rude calling me dear and l told me she sees i'm wearing it! When I put it on to take pics and send a video! Long story short the refused my refund but offered me 30% for being a valued customer! Because i've bought hair in the mall in Cali hair was authentic even online! Only this hair is completely crap and the way I was treated will never buy from them again! So make sure your hair is authentic because they will not compensate you! I feel they are more interested in enforcing their policies vs customer care or looking into issue! I will never shop here again and will return the blonde wig thank God I didn't cut it he lace or try it! I feel robbed!

I ordered 4 bundles of hair from Unice Hair and only received 3 bundles. I informed them that I was missing a bundle and I wanted a refund for the missing bundle. They then send me a picture showing the package on a scale and the weight saying each bundle weighs 100g and the weight is accurate for 4 bundles and check my package again. I informed them again that I already checked the package and have no reason to lie. Unice hair then tells me to show them the weight and basically prove to them how the weight is incorrect! Excuse me that's not my responsibility plus I don't have a scale that weighs grams at home. They made me feel like I'm trying to scam them or something and like I said I have no reason to lie about 1 bundle. My order total was $250 so what reason would I have to lie about getting my $60 refund for the 1 bundle not received! Oh and the USPS package was sealed and not damaged neither was their company box so it looks like they just got my order wrong and don't want to take responsibility. Opened a dispute to try to get my money back but I will never order from them again!

On 6/10 I purchased two wigs from Unice, needless to say that today 6/20 my order is still in "Processing" status. I finally got in touch with their customer service chat, and they finally tell me that the 2 wigs I ordered are NOT available (could have told me if I hadn't reached out to you?). So they tell me to pick 2 more wigs that I wanted, once I did that, they wanted to charge me an additional $88 difference in cost along with $30 service charge! After going back and forth with them telling them they should waive any additional charges due to my inconvenience, they acted as if I said nothing but kept saying "dear when you pay, take a screenshot, and we ship other wigs to you" No ma'am, I don't think so, you are going to charge me additional charges for your goof up! Needless to say I requested a refund (fingers crossed) if anyone knows of a reliable website to purchase good lace front wigs, please let me know!

Do not buy hair from them. I ordered a wig and they sent me a wig that did not look like the one I ordered. I reached out to them by email and they didn't respond to me until pay pal got involved. They text me and asked me why and could I cancel my dispute with pay pal? And if I would send them pics. I didn't respond because when I tried to reach out they didn't respond to me until pay pal got involved.

Unice is very misleading I have purchased a wig from them and it is not like the one in the photo. I have reached out to them 4 times to RETURN the wig because i cannot use the one they sent. I could not return on their website because it did not work this was not a final sale item. I only have 30 days to return the wig and that is the end of this month. I requested instructions on making the return but so far no response this is very frustrating. I could not reach them by phone either the # did not work I would like a REFUND and I will never do business with this company again.

So I purchased a lace from from unice and I HATE IT i request to return and was asked for pictures which i provided then i received a 2nd email stating I can return and then something about a 8 $ credit towards another purchase WTF will I do with that I will never shop with this cheap sight again never! I stated I only wanted my refund this hair is black and orange not BROWN / BLONDE who where's this crap its tacky very dark and cheap texture I'm sure I can't even dye such fake crap states HUMAN please nope and by reading reviews I see they wont issue a refund but I'll get my $$$ back by contacting my BANK trust I never made that purchase nope since they want play games so can I. And I will also be contacting the better business bureau informing them of this cheap $#*! company and how they are stealing $$$$ and not returning when they receive their products back- I'll do as many as possible to get them out of the USA yall stating you like this crap lord where are yall from plzzz so if its black then that may be ok but if its light color hair hell no never in my life have i seen such garbage! Crap is TRASH! Crap is orange and black not brown and blonde in noooooooooo way!

So I purchased hair from this company. And I did a review about my experience and my thoughts my opinion and how I felt about the service and the quality of the hair that I received. It went all downhill from there because following my review I received a text message from UNice Hair telling me they saw my review and asking if I could take it down because they are a good seller. And that if I took it down they would give me a eight dollar credit towards another purchase. Now why on earth would I want to make another purchase when I'm not happy with this one. Then they proceeded to tell me that they'll refund me my money after I take down the post. Only after I take down the post I would get my refund. This has gone on since the first review. Back-and-forth email chain with almost 40 emails. And although I have returned the wig I am still receiving emails from them telling me that they will only give me a refund after I remove the first post. It's basically like they have the wig now I have emails and text messages showing that it's been received but they will not refund me my money because they want me to take down the post. I did say I would remove the post once they refunded me my money however they want me to remove the post first and then refund me. Since the first post I have been harassed to no end from UNice Hair to take down my review. I will never in life purchase from this company again, I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from them. I'm going to post the emails and the text messages. The way they handled this situation is not right. I literally have almost 40 emails from them telling me delete the review and will refund you your money trust us dear delete the review. So in what world are you not allowed to review a product that you purchased? And give your opinion and your experience? And once again they have the week I returned it. I have an email and a text message stating that they Receive the week and would refund me after I delete the review. So in other words they have the week and my money and don't want to refund me and less I delete a review. I don't know what type of business they are running but this is definitely not something that a reputable company would do.
