Great, no issues. Was concerned about the tracking issue but reached to customer service and was able to get the information quickly.

The hair itself looks good. I haven't seen it in yet so I'll have an update on the quality of the hair and how it holds up in the elements once it's styled.

Well, the first experience was horrible and the wig quality was very poor, because they delivered my package to the wrong post office and this delayed my delivery! Second delivery was the same thing, so I had to file a complaint to the post master regarding my deliveries from your facility and company! They find out y'all are rescanning the same post number and not placing a new numbers These packages. That's why they are being lost in the mail system. So I did a third order, and it went to the correct post office came directly to the right post office and they delivered it to me. The 3rd order was a success. The only complaint I have is they didn't honor my request for a right side part on my wig. I wish they wound pay close attention to order details for each individual customer. Thank you

This is the best hair I ever purchased.As soon as i opened the first bundle I was amazed the hair it's self smelled clean and fresh.The bundle was very full and Soft I also was mesmerized by the bounce and the way this hair has a nice shine to it as well. I will be a forever customer with this company

Overall I'm satisfied with Unice. I got a discount for my purchase, free mini flat irons and the wig is wear ready straight outta the bag! Customer service responded fast and accurately as well.

Shipping was quick, but the wig stank so bad I had to wash the wig 20 times and the smell still haven't came out, so I through it away…. I would've just got a refund but I thought I could take the smell out 0 out of 10 stars HORRIBLE

The wig is cute, but it definitely doesn't look much like the pictures at all.
I'm going to try again with one that's longer and more expensive.

I opened the package and found the hair with a not so nice smell. But texture and packaging was all excellent

This was my first time shopping with UNice and I'm honestly very impressed. The hair is soft, full, and true to length. It looks exactly like the pictures and the quality exceeded my expectations. Shipping was fast and the wig was packaged beautifully. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered my wig. It came in like a week and I love it. It's beautiful. Haven't wore it yet cause I have another hairstyle in at the time.

I've ordered from this company many times with the most recent time prior to this order in Nov 2025. Mostly, because I need something fast and I get caught up in their gimmicks. After the most recent experience I've had with them, I will no longer be a customer and would highly recommend you rethink your decision also.

For starters I ordered a wig, when checking out I selected to pay the "VIP+" for 19.00$ with the promise of having my order delivered within 72/hours …. That was Feb 12,26 days later the order is still "processing"

I get an email telling me how in demand the wig I wanted was and how they need a couple more days to ship- fine.

More days go by, we approach the 5 day mark, no wig no additional communication other than more gimmicks trying to take more money in lieu of nothing but trust. After reaching out going back and forth for several more days, questioning where is this wig, why don't I have tracking, why don't I have answers, I thought to myself am I getting scammed? I immediately reach out asking to cancel my order - their response? Go to the website and follow the process, guess what? That feature is disabled on my account, along with leaving a review, after being begged to change what I ordered, I refused and pressed the urgent nature as not we were approaching more that 2.5 weeks no material change in status I then agin ask to cancel my order- and guess what, with in an hour I get am email telling me that " my order has shipped!" Will I get my order in 72/hours like I paid for…absolutely I received an order a week later and the nightmare really came to a head.

Not only was my order 2-3 weeks past the contracted and quoted delivery window, customer service was incompetent and disorganized, THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG WIG IN THE WRONG COLOR! They want me to pay for sending it back, they've given excuse after excuse after excuse as to why this happened taking zero ownership for their mistake, not acknowledging their own mess up and putting the solution back on me as as the customer to remedy.

The hair I received was gnatted, didn't even come in a pink box like previous orders have just a plastic zip lock was a cheaper product, and a complete material misrepresentation from what I ordered… as if this prop wig was thrown to me just to shut me up and move on.

It's clear their customer service is subpar and this company has completely distanced itself for being customer forward, rather it is so money hungry they would rather prey on family's during "tax season" and scrape as much as they can out of the pockets of hard working customers, leaving it's customers with empty promises and buyers remorse.

For years when asked where I got my hair I was proud to refer people to Unice, now the only uttering I will speak will be about the horrendous treatment I've received from this company.

So if you're considering buying - let me make it easy. DONT

I have purchased 4 wigs on this website. The two colored wigs come out frizzy. They do not have the same good quality as the black one. The colored ones are not as durable as the black ones. Due to this observation, there is a high probability that the colored ones would get messed up and they will be ruined.
