I've always been a fan of the tshirts - fit and feel!
However, the last batch I ordered had a few strangely fitting Ts. I reported to True Classic.
And …
Immediately they reached out to me, and asked for my measurements in order to correctly, size me, and therefore resent me my whole order with the perfect size. The final batch was perfect.
The service, the follow up, the reaction, and the action was probably the most seamless and unexpectedly perfect experience.

Make sure you buy the size shirt you always wear. I went by there size chart now my granddaughter has 3 brand new shirts.They shrink big time. Not sure if I will reorder kind of pricey for what you get.

Got polo active pack and non polo active pack. Wore a shirt for the first time from both packs. BOTH! TWO FIRST TIME WEARS IN A ROW. If anything not completely smooth touches the shirt (even in the middle like mine) the threads start to fray. A dried leaf while playing golf in my case. For the price of the shirt and the "active" label that is slapped on it. They should be more durable or at least come with a warning to not be active in the "active" labeled shirts.

The T-shirt I ordered from True Classic Tees arrived later than expected, but the quality of the product was exceptional. Despite the delay in delivery, I was thoroughly impressed by the craftsmanship and durability of the shirt. The fabric was soft, breathable, and of premium quality, making it comfortable to wear. Although there was a slight inconvenience with the delayed delivery, the outstanding quality of the shirt more than made up for it. I would highly recommend True Classic Tees for their superior products, even if there are occasional delays in delivery.

My experience from purchasing items, to needing an exchange to a different size was pleasant, swift & overall incredibly positive. The products are soft and of great material, it lives up to the advertisements seen!

I just completed my first purchase with True Classic. From start to finish their customer service was so helpful! I made a mistake somewhere when placing my order and one of my shirts was an XL as opposed to the size I intended it to be a L. I sent them a text from a previous communication where they were reaching out to ask if I had any questions. It was late at night so I did not expect to hear back quickly or even at all. I assumed I would need to find an email address and reach out that way. I received a response text within a couple of mins. They instantly changed my order for me and sent a new confirmation email with the correct sizes. They finalized everything within 10 minutes. All I needed to do was send a text. I was impressed and will definitely purchase again! My husband hasn't got to try the shirts yet. If he loves them I will write another review :)

I'm not sure how to feel about this store. Placed my first order for 1 T-shirt just to check it out and make sure the quality is good which it was so, I placed my 2nd order totalling $400. When ordering there was a promo stating if I spent a certain amount of $ I would get some boxers, T-Shirt and a hoodie for free as a gift. I never ended up getting the "gifts" and I've tried reaching out 5 times now with absolutely ZERO response. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and because of their scammy advertisement, I will never order from this place again.
