My experience with the tees was unfortunate. I'm too tall for regular tees but not tall enough for the "Tall" series. A frustrating place to be! However, I was given a full and swift refund and was able to simply donate my t shirts without sending them back. A really generous and refreshing way of dealing with customers that I've never come across before. Excellent customer service and it feels like they value honest feedback.
I made the wrong order and through Instagram "Alladin" was able to help me out very quickly and everything was sorted out in 10 minutes

Ive been ordering all my shirts for the last year from True Classic because they fit me perfectly and I love the material. Most recently I ordered a 6-pak of 2XL V-neck tees and when the order showed up, one of the shirts was a 3XL. Because I ordered them as a 6-pak, I couldn't figure out how to return just 1 shirt via the app. It wanted all 6 back or nothing. So I hit them up on Instagram and within the hour they had a replacement shirt on the way. Great customer service and great products. Well done over there!

I had a minor issue with my order and ended up writing them on Facebook; within the hour their was a representative in constant contact with me until the issue was resolved - Aden was super helpful. They sorted everything out and even compensated me for the inconvenience.

These tshirts cause aggravating itching and might cause some severe red sores on your back. Jimson and Jonson agree as per the annoying youtube commercials. This company sucks

Stay away from this company! Unless you want to spend 3 plus hours using their texting service customer care and working with three or four different people on the same conversation - repeating everything multiple times just to return or exchange your order and then end up being charged twice... Totally frustrating that you can't pick up the phone and call them when you have a simple problem! Plus, their website leaves much to be desired! I'm still waiting for my full refund!

When you find an online clothing maker you never know what you're going to get until you part with your money. For me, True Classic is my go-to for great fitting, excellent quality polos and tees. Excellent customer care as well. Try ''em out!

I ordered a pack of tees a shirt and some shorts they all fitted perfectly and the quality is awesome. Defo order again. Their communication was brilliant, delivery about 5-6 days but well worth the wait.

I am a fit 52 yr old man who fell for their marketing. The shirts and jeans came in almost two weeks after ordering. Quite possibly the lowest grade clothing I have ever bought. Shoulder top seam is on side of shoulder. Armpit is insanely too tight with the torso portion flowing out as if I should be obese. These shorts all appeared to be seconds from an outlet mall. V neck t, gold shirt, and 3 button long sleeve all made for someone shaped like a pear. Jeans even going down one size as recommended are garbage. They fit like a teenage girls high rise jeans. To spend almost 600.00 and truly looking forward to my delivery the entire order is going back. Horrible quality and the worst fulfillment service ever. I hate having to write this but don't get scammed by a fancy website and marketing. Third world quality.

I ordered 4 t-shirts size xl and it was too big, i talk with the customer service they replied really fast and sent me 4 new t-shirts size L and let me keep the size xl free charge!
For sure i will come bake and buy more!
