I orded the rong size and after trying them these shirts were to big for me. I contacted the costumer service and the send me new $#*!s for free. I could also keep the other ones. Perfect.
I ordered a few items and received a different item than what was ordered, as well as a few that did not fit. I reached out to customer service and sent back what I received. One Saturday (3 days ago) one of the reps was putting together placements for me and confirmed with me, twice, that the shipments were secure and packaged and to be send out right away.
Today I received an email that not only were one of the shirts not included in the shipment due to not being in stock (after I was told that everything was packed together and ready to ship) but they also refunded me the cost of the shirts which was on sale in a different size so they only refunded me what the current cost was not what I paid.
I also received an email from them trying to explain that two of the three shirts on my replacement have been sent out, not understanding that my issue was with what was not sent out.
The shirts are comfortable, yes, but customer service is a nightmare and they do not own up to anything so be cautious when you order and cross your fingers that it is the correct order because trying to get a replacement is very difficult.
Looks like we ran into an inventory shortage. We are so sorry when that happens, we hate it too! We reached out to make it right.
First time buyer that ordered the wrong size. Support was difficult to work with and unfortunately stuck with product I cannot use. Will not purchase anything else from this company!
UPDATE: They escalated my issue and had an excellent rep resolved the issue and turned my experience around. I will be a return customer.

First time customer, there's always going to be little bits of problems the first time you deal with a company. What's important is all the company deals with those problems and let me tell you something true classic took care of me very well they stayed online with me and made sure, that every little issues I had was taking care of you can't ask any better of a company, thank you Aladdin saving the day I will definitely buy from you guys again thumbs up

The background application will hurt this company. My experience... Please stop. My cart is empty. You have been texting me since I put in my order of over $200. Please review your software. I think you are hung up on previous sessions. If this continues I will not order again.

This is my second time ordering from this company both times sucked and if i could give them negative 5 stars i would.
I was going on a trip and had to wear a themed colors at an event so I bought 5 shirts from classic tees.
I placed an order on some sort of sale I got from an email sent by their company, I waited 9 days then asked for tracking update. I was told me order was shipped 5-9 business days before and would arrive on the 1st or 2nd of the month. So I waited 17 days to get a tracking update they never sent me, only to find they never had it. So why waste my time? I found another store who shipped it 2 days for free and amazingly they didn't lie about shipping it. They never had the tracking but can tell me when it will arrive.
Hi there! It looks like the address entered at checkout never contained a street name. Unfortunately UPS can not deliver packages without a complete address. We're happy to get a replacement out. Our customer service team did refund your order in full prior to this review being left, as you had requested.
When you buy activewear you're thinking about the synthetic fabric which won't be wrinkly but unfortunately all the t-shirts from the bag were wrinkled and had not a very pleasant smell, and I was hoping to save it by a quick wash in a cold water, but it helped only with the smell.
But thankfully for customer support, my situation was solved, and I absolutely didn't expect that. That treatment deserves respect. Thank you true classic

When they started, I bought couple if their tshirts and they were perfect fit. I ordered a couple more of the same tshirts recently and its completely different story. They changed their manufacturer and their tshirts are not feel fit anymore plus regular size comes as tall - just another low quality tshirt. The interesting part is that when I reached them, they did not even care and when I commented on their social media channels, they removed my comments. This itself shows what kind of company they become. Truly sad story, I'm sure they won't last long enough since they joined the poor customer service train already. Look for other brands.
We would love to look into this further. We have not changed manufacturers. We have a few reputable manufacturers in different locations. We use the same cut specs per size; across all our stuff, but you might see slight variances which relates to the actual fabric (the way it flexes or not, etc). We strive for consistency in all ways. It's crazy to think, but, that 1:1 is actually pretty hard across apparel. We generally do a really good job. Sorry you ran into this issue. We’ll reach out to get more information from you!
Thin cotton, bad fit, doesn't wash well, neck and shirt fibers piling cheap under shirt like quality. Don't get suckered by the slick advertising. Costco sells better quality t shirts, gap, Walmart. They are horrible t shirts

I received my order and the shirts fit great. Very comfortable. After washing and drying they shrunk drastically close to a size and a half. I messaged them thru Facebook Messenger and let them know the problem and they let me know yo lay them flat and air dry next time and re-sent me another set of brand new shirts. They did not have to do this but the fact that they went above and beyond is extraordinary.

Material is so thin you can see chest hair through it and company wouldn't accept a return as it was a sale item. Not happy.
We totally understand sometimes lightweight tees aren't for everyone. We have worked hard to create a unique blend with a lightweight feel, and designed with the best quality. We like the lightweight feel so it can be worn, all year round. We're happy to send out a different color, we definitely want you to love your tees!
The items wear well and feel good. The fit is better then most store bought items but I'm a bit stocky so take that for what it's worth. The material feels good against the skin, even with all day wear.

Original order was not delivered. Customer service very difficult to communicate with as they would either send an automated response not relevant to resolving the issue or someone would take over the email thread with no understanding of prior messages. Replacement order was also not delivered. Customer service refused to investigate became passive aggressive. They issued a refund despite me not asking for this and the mystery of the missing deliveries was never resolved. Extremely disappointed
When a package fails to deliver twice, our typical solution is a refund instead of a third reshipment. We're happy to cover the cost of a third shipment however; we'd love to get your tees delivered safely! Investigation with international couriers can be quite limited but we always will make it right. We did reach out to this customer twice and did not hear back.
Ive ordered plenty of their Ts and long sleeves, they're fantastic but their customer service is even better. Had some issues and they not only did they replace the shirts free, but added in a few and a sample T to figure out best sizing. Thank you :)

Bought a 6 pack of shirts since I really needed them and their advertising is phenomenal. They got me lol. I received them today and we'll see how they hold up. There are comfortable but nothing special. They're really thin which doesn't make me think I can just wear at least the white tees out anywhere I'll probably just wear them around the house. I mean for 108$ after shipping for 6 basic crew tees is expensive specially since they're so thin. Next time I'll just buy 4 at footlocker or champs and save myself some money.

I originally ordered 3 large Crew cut T shirts And after the 1st wash was only able to wear one. 2 of them shrunk down to what I consider a medium size and look ridiculous on my body. I figured it was just my notorious bad luck. Nope not bad luck! I decided to order extra large on my next 3 shirt order recently, and those all look like the before picture in your commercials. Just so you know, I'm 57 years old I'm 5' 11 I weigh 205 pounds with a 33" Waist. I have very broad shoulders and pretty decent sized arms and I don't understand why shirt companies can't make shirts proper anymore. The extra large shirt makes me look like I'm 10 to 15 pounds heavier. Your shirts truly and classically don't fit.
