I'm not sure how to feel about this store. Placed my first order for 1 T-shirt just to check it out and make sure the quality is good which it was so, I placed my 2nd order totalling $400. When ordering there was a promo stating if I spent a certain amount of $ I would get some boxers, T-Shirt and a hoodie for free as a gift. I never ended up getting the "gifts" and I've tried reaching out 5 times now with absolutely ZERO response. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and because of their scammy advertisement, I will never order from this place again.

I've always been hesitant to make purchases online because I don't like the hassle of the return process and some companies make it really hard to return or exchange online.

Great quality shirts. Great customer service. I ordered the tall shirts and underestimating the "tall" aspect. Contacted chat support and are returning for the regular fit.

I would put 10 stars if I could! I ordered a few shirts, and had to return them because I got the wrong size, and the fit of the round hem wasn't right. Their customer service REACHED OUT TO ME to discuss the return! I didn't even know that was possible. They were so kind and offered me a different shirt that would be better fitting for FREE. I also got a 10 dollar credit for giving them my honest feedback. I am amazed with their service! I have never written a review but I feel after such an amazing experience I had to! I will forever buy all of my significant others shirts (and possibly pants) from TRUE CLASSIC!

I had written a negative comment a few days ago about my order and the fact that the size chart did not accurately reflect the fit of the shirts. I felt it was an expensive mistake to order these online without trying them on. The next day I received an e mail from them letting me know they are sending me the order, at no cost in the next size up so that I could enjoy the shirts! Customer service is rare these days, but they were all over this. Much appreciated!

They sent me the wrong items and they're letting me keep the items they sent and sending me another order with the items I was supposed to get. This is how you take care of an issue and have great customer service for a mistake. Obviously they didn't have to do this cause mistakes happen and could have just exchanged it but I do really appreciate it though.

Ran into a tough issue when trying to use gift cards and Cashback on a recent purchase. My code was rejected and it was unknown why - I was told it was because there were sale items, then that the cards were expired. Neither of these seemed like they should be the case, so I continued my conversation with the help team. Throughout the entire conversation they were understanding, proactive, extremely responsive and positive. This could have been a really negative experience, and instead it only convinced that I should continue to trust TrueClassic - well done.

I ordered v neck shirts from true classic, i recieved them and they were a bit too big. They contacted me asking if i was happy with my shirts. I told them what was up and they said "we want you happy rocking true classic shirts". They sent my one size smaller free of charge. Like i said before they are the real deal. True Classic you are awesome and thank you.

Had ordered a heap of XL sized shirts but when they arrived realised they were too small….guys at classic tees didn't even worry about a return of product they just posted out the larger size… no quarreling or back n forth…. What a gr8 company to deal with… will donate original shirts to a charity- thanks again guys really appreciate it.

Ordered the wrong size, and when product arrived I was not happy with the fit. Got onto customer service, their communication was excellent, they sent me out a sample in another size which was perfect and then arranging a replacement order straightaway. Great to see a brand sticking to their word and making sure the customer is going to wear the product!

I recently purchased some t-shirts from True Classic, and I must say I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. After just one wash, the fabric around the neckline started pilling like crazy. It's frustrating because I expected better durability, especially given the cost of the shirt. I would strongly advise potential buyers to stay away from this product if you're looking for something that lasts. It's simply not worth the money.

I have been purchasing and wearing these shirts for over a year. Have purchased over 30 shirts and wear them every day. The last 2 shipments I received are different. The sizing is different, label on the shirts look different, and the fabric feels different. Not the same product at all. Will be returning the last 18 shirts I received.
I'm sorry to hear this. Our goal is to always provide the absolute highest quality, best fitting, softest apparel for men. That's a huge shame to hear we didn't live up to that, in this experience.
As far as that fit difference, it's an industry standard to be within a 5% tolerance. We use the same cut specs per size; across all our stuff, but you might see slight variances which relates to the actual fabric (the way it flexes or not, etc). We strive for consistency in all ways. It's crazy to think, but, that 1:1 is actually pretty hard across apparel. We generally do a really good job. Sorry you ran into this issue. I'll reach out and make this right, Debbie!

I originally had issues with fit and quality but when I brought these up with True Classic they were very helpful in resolving my issues. The tee shirts are nice, comfy to wear and they do fit better than most shirts you can by. Wash them in cold water otherwise they shrink a bit.
