Hi,

It was a wonderful Trip to Dubai which I have booked with Trip Factory, everything was well organised and Planned in a very systematic manner and professional.

Mine was a personal Trip of three people which got added with couple of friends along with families totaling to Nine, Trip Coordinator Ms. Mala could accommodate us with the same budget and all the sightseeing was arrange together coordinating with the counterparts in Dubai. This trip was customized to my requirement and with in the same budget.

We reached Dubai on 10.10.2016, we were welcomed with a name card in the airport printed, they dropped us to the hotel and everyday we were picked up on time and they were so organised that we did not have to worry about.

We didn't have any issues in Dubai pertaining to the plan. We were well treated and we enjoyed a lot...

Trip co coordinator Ms. Mala was so professional and had well organised in her planning and we were provided all the required information and details.

I would definitely recommend Trip Factory for your travel requirements and I am sure I will go back to Trip factory for my next personal visit to any abroad trip.

Once again I would like to thanks Ms. Mala for arranging such a wonderful Trip for us. Thanks Mala.

It was a great and memorable trip. We visited places like Delhi, Agra, Mathura and Jaipur. 7 days and 6 nights
For a family of 3 the price was reasonable which included air tickets, car & hotel. The added value service was the tour guide who guided the tour in Jaipur. Hotels booked where good, but little far from the sight seeing places.
The hotel booked in Agra was very close to Taj Mahal, which helped us to visited Taj Mahal twice.

If the following things where done, it would have helped me and my family to enjoy little more on sight seeing.
The car driver allocated for this tour did not know the places to visit. We had to guide him thru google maps and this was kind of pressure for us to ensure we don't waste time to taking wrong routes. There was a situation when the we entered a no entry road and police stopped us. Anyway the driver managed to get out from this in about 30 to 45 mins, which would not have been a problem if the driver was a native of Delhi. The same goes with other places as well except Jaipur, the driver was changed was whatever reason.

The other major problem was that the my iternary included Mathura, but the drivers iternary did not include Mathura and I had to reach out the Nicholas to settle this matter. Finally this got settled after sometime and we could travel to Mathura.

Anyway leaving the problems aside this trip was memorable one. Thanks to Nicholas for sorting the things out and make the trip a pleasant one.

Review: Our trip was awesome well organized by our coordinator Mr. Zaid after reaching there we faced some problem and thought they have wasted our One day due to cruse journey but our trip factory manager Mr. Sajid coordinated with the local trip coordinators and reorganized our trip we are very glad for booking our trip with trip factory it was a greatest trip we ever had till now all my friends are very happy, everyone will be booking our future trips with trip factory... last but not the least me and friends wants to say thanks to trip factory special thanks to Mr. Zaid and Mr. Sajid

Trip was supremely amazing with good hotel, houseboat, a very very good driver (Harris) who was more like a elder family member with all of us also very protective and a true gentleman.
Overall a very good experience except communication & contact with Geetanjali after our bookings, she never mailed us or kept us posted about anything, we had to always mail or call her multiple times and she use to hardly ever reply. As our trip date was closer we didnt hear from her anything so we called and mailed her but no response than we got a call from clinton who said Geetanjali had left Tripfactory which was a shock for us since we didnt get any intimation and we lost our trust from Tripfactory and thought our trip will be a bigtime flop, but clinton helped us out and kept us posted.
So just a suggestion if any advisors are changing in middle of any planned trip than kindly inform to the travellers since than we feel we cannot rely on you guys than.
Except this incidence our Trip was amazing i will suggest my friends and family to go for tripfactory for trip bookings.

My second trip with TRIPFACTORY. This time to Kerala. Another 5 star work. As earlier the booking help of Ms Nazia was excellent, and booking procedure, Tickets delivery etc were well ahead of date of departure. Worth not having tension till last couple of days. There were some glitches while we were in KERALA, BUT the management of those were very very good. Overall another excellent experience with TRIP FACTORY. Planning another trip to Darjeeling etc with them very soon.

Siva was helpful in all means from the date of booking till the end of the trip. He was in contact with me when ever we face any issue. Siva used to solve the issue and help us by providing the right solution by confirming the same. I would like to take another trip plan under siva's advice.

I came to know about trip Factory through ADs received through email. Initially was hesitating to book trip since was not at all aware about trip Factory. But saw the reviews and recommendations of cheaper and good packages in facebook.

Finally decided to book. Mr. Syed was our trip executive. Was very cooperative in organizing the entire trip. Stay in hotel, rooms provided was very good except for few mosquitoes. Driver was also cooperative. Overall very satisfied as everything went on well including Baba darshan as the stay (hotel)being provided was very near to temple.

I am on Rajasthan trip for 9 days booked through trapfactory, post starting trip I realized that it is just a website nothing more, they provided sadak chap driver who doesn't know how behave with tourists. Chwewing gutka, cigarette and smelling badly entire trip, rash driving and irritating since we are not choosing his guide or not eating at specific restaurant. When complained, instead of changing driver they were asked to manage us if he is not abusing directly or if he is not harming!

They ruined my entire money and time, they are exactly opposite before buying package from them.

I recently booked trip to Srinagar & Jammu through trip factory.
They gave me package through local agent. We enjoyed the trip throughly. However below are my experience particularly for tripfactory
1. They have tie up with local tour planners. For srinagar they had tie up with dreamsvalley travels. They were good. Leaving some instances rest tour was good.
2. Tripfactory response was unsatisfactory. I booked the tour 3 months ago and no body was in touch with me for giving me update or following for confirmation.
3. Most of the time their customer care number is engaged or out of service. For any assistance you will have to contact local agents.
4. Response to queries is poor. Many times they tell that relevant person will call back. But you never receive call from them.
5. They did not provide me local contact details untill i called and asked them.
6. So i would conclude that if you push them to corner they will serve. There is nothing called customer satusfaction or delight.
