We planned for a trip for Wayanad and searched for best tour operators in google and got to about trip factory, in quick i mentioned about our plan, and very soon got call from Bhavya, our tour coordinator. From that moment she was very helpful in organizing out trip. Right from providing options fr resorts she was very informative and till we boarded our train to wayanad she was there to help.

We Got best deals from resorts and we choosed "Meenmutty Heights", Best resort i have ever been to.
Such a beautiful place. Our group of 25 members were so happy with the trip and brought back lot of happy memories.

A very special mention to our Driver Shyju and Bhiju. They took care of us from the moment we reached kozhikode and untill we boarded our train back to chennai.

Me and my wife spent 4N/5D in in Kashmir, Pahelgam and Gulmarg. The service, guides, lodgings and experiences we had in each location were awesome. Trip Factory made everything easy we were greeted each step of the way, enabling us to enjoy our trip without the normal stress of traveling in another state. We enjoyed a night stay in House boat in Dal lake, It was picture perfect and comfortable, plus we could see the beauty of nature from our room. In Gulmarg and Pahelgam the hotel and sight seeing was great. Me Anuj and my wife Megha would like to thank to "Trip Factory", Who gave us an opportunity to relax at the a pleasent hotel and awesome tour, as well as amazing restaurants.

Excellent service. We had booked itinerary for Leh, Ladakh for 10 days and everything was arranged very well. I was little afraid of booking a trip online after once been cheated by some other travel agency (named Trip Times Now). But Trip Factory proved me wrong. Right from the day 1 till they always follow up with you. They will keep in touch with you before and during the trip. Everything was very smooth. The hotels booked were also pretty decent. Also, they made sure the driver reaches on time to pick and drop us from airport and to the spots.

This is the second time we have worked with Shahul and Tripfactory for a family vacation. This time it involved an overseas vacation in Maldives. Having worked with us earlier, we were presented with various options according to our needs. The finalizing the options took some time, but in the end we thoroughly satisfied.

The island resort was top class. The high speed boat rides from airport to hotel and vice-versa was very thrilling. There were many exciting water sports activities at the resort. The food options were amazing. We could find so many India (veg) options at the resort.

The flight was not bad except that the timing could have been more comfortable; but not too many choices from the airlines!

There was one small issue which had come up while we were at the Maldives hotel, but both Shahul and his supervisor were very quick to respond overnight and took care of the issue.

I would recommend Tripfactory to my friends and family for the ir vacation plans. I would also take the opportunity to say that it was good working with Shahul again.

Our trip was to multiple locations and involved multiple activities and multiple services providers. Martina handled it like a superstar and we hardly had any glitches. We were provided everything as promised and never was left stranded wondering " what next "? We also were travelling as a big fat Indian family with 12 people ranging from 3 year old to 65 year old and every age group was well taken care of.

The guides allotted were excellent with their skills. Local Agent "Sahil" was an add-on superstar but Martina definitely takes the 1st place and I would definitely recommend trip-factory to friends and family only because of these two.

I am indeed thankful to all the team members of TripFactory who rendered flawless service right from inception till completion of our tour from 29th June 2017 to 5th July. My special thanks to Ms Mañasa and Sourav who were assigned for our trip. Their service even beyond duty hours is really appreciable. I hope to take their services in future for domestic and foreign trips. Hotel Singee Palace arranged by them was fantastic. Though being 3 star, the service, food etc not less than any 5 star hotel in Leh. Every member of our group is thankful to Trifactory.

I had booked a trip with Trip Factory in June 2017. With five senior citizens in our party and monsoons round the corner, we had major apprehensions on how the trip would go. Hats off to Subham who worked with so much perseverance and dedication to suggest destinations which could address all our requirements. The best part was that even though we had aid full amount in advance, when there was a requirement to shift ourplace of stay, Trip Factory assured that we can go ahead and they will refund the balance! The transport and driver provided to us (Shekhar) were excellent. They could keep in mind for the future that Madikeri Heritage is not as good a hotel as it was made out to be,, but we had decided to stay closer to the centre of town due to senior citizens and that requirement was met, A very enjoyable trip with Trip Factory. Thanks!

Truly professional and delightful services from TripFactory; right from enquiry to response to booking to itinerary execution and coordination thereof. Just perfect! I am extremely happy and satisfied with their services. Such was the level of their good service that I have already recommended TripFactory to all my friends and relatives. Here, I must mention about their unique online tour presentation and the systematic, elaborate detailing of the package offered impressed me the most, which in turn gave me the confidence to go ahead with TripFactory. This summer my kids decided to travel to Andaman islands seeing some documentary on national geographic. I started googling and landed on tripfactory.com. My enquiry was attended by location specialist Mary. She proposed 7 options from which i decided on the best suited plan for my family. Really thank Mary & the entire Tripfactory team for the wonderful trip. One thing i was really impressed was daily call from tripfactory team to enquire if every thing was going on well... thanks team once again and keep up the good job...

Andaman is heaven with pristine beaches and lush green environment. It is a must visit place in the world...

We missed all our destination and Hotel bookings because of tripfactory planned our tour. All schedule spoiled.
We spend 1, 05, 000.00 Rs. And What we seen is nothing. Yes nothing so beware!

How you feel when you are with family and driver threten in deep jungle.

Just dont go with tripfactory. Horrible Experiance. I am still scared
1)They dont know how to plan holidays. They will send worst driver.
2)Sweet talker, They will not receive call when you actual need.
3)Overcharged trip. If you got your own trip cost will be less than half then they charged
4)Still waiting for resolution. I think its not possible
