I booked the trip for my parents. I was really sceptic while booking as I was booking for the first time with Tripfactory. However, the experience was amazing as my parents didn't face any issue during the trip. As promised, the car was in a very good condition, driver was knowledgable and polite. The house boat booked was very good. Nisha was very supportive in answering all the queries and I would like to recommend Tripfactory to my freinds as well. I have also booked a trip for Andaman already and have also made 2 of my freinds to book the same with Trip factory. Looking forward to a great experience similar to the Kerala Trip.

The experience with Trip Factory was awesome. Starting from the ease in booking with them to helping us in finalisng the best package, they were upto the mark. Naveen and others, who always there to sort out everything and guiding us to finalise the whole package. It was overall amazing experience and very well managed. Thanks guys for giving us very good hospitality. I would definitely suggest my friends to go forward with Trip Factory and I would always consider TRIPFACTORY for my future holidays.

The Most unprofessional and pathetic travel agency you can come across, the moment you pay the full amount you are doomed, all you will have to do is follow-ups, the best part is for packages these overconfident and undertrained staff don't know what an itinerary is and didn't have the courtesy to send one as a result had no idea when the sightseeing would be and what time would the pickup and drop be to the Airport.

I REQUEST THE GENERAL PUBLIC NOT TO TRUST THIS AGENCY BY THE CHEAP AND MOUTH WATERING OFFERS, BELIEVE ME ALL YOU WILL REALISE IS THAT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS GONE FOR WASTE AND TRUSTING THEM IS INVITING TROUBLE FOR YOURSELF.

Invest in other Travel portals as these guys will take ages to learn the trade. Highly and extremely unprofessional Travel website.

I searched this company Online while surfing about my trip, first i was hesitating as there is no office nearby me, but iam thankful to Trip factory & my coordinator Shruthi singhal, to make my tour successful. Every thing was well managed and i get actually what i was promised. Timely informations were provided by all members of team Trip factory to me about my plans and schedules.

Me and my family enjoyed a lot there in Dubai. And will look forward for another tour with Trip Factory.

This is Awesome and Memorable Trip guys. I can't imagine someone can provide better services than this. Very well Planned and Executed. Everything is very well arranged. Customer may be late but 100% of time your co-ordinator reach on/before time. I must appreciate start from Nisha ( Initially someone who convinced me to travel with Trip factory), Akshatha and entire Trip factory Team and At Andaman Dream Journey Entire Team ( specially Majeed and Avinash). Andaman is a must visit place and Andaman Tourism is at its best in terms of service better than any other state from India. Trip Factory provided excellent service at cheapest price compared to many other travel service providers. Point of Improvement: In my case while going towards Havelock, Our ferry ticket is booked with two different families. My name is combined with one family and my wife's name is combined with other family. So me and my wife boarded separately and joined inside the ferry. While returning I requested to book tickets family wise and not to combine with any other family. And it was done. Overall Trip Factory and Dream Journey ( Local co-ordinator) both are delivered way beyond my expectations. This is Solid and Brilliant piece of coordination between teams. Kudos to Trip Factory & Dream Journey. Looking forward my next trip with you guys.

The budget for accommodation and land package provided by trip factory to us for dubai and abu dhabi was the lowest in compare to other 5 travel companies

The hotel Raviz they have provided was exceptionally good

All the tours and the pickups in dubai where very well managed by trip factory and their abroad coordinates are also very helpful.

Looking forward to provide more business to trip factory asap.

I intend to put it on record that I took a right decision by finally approaching Trip Factory, out of others, to give shape to my travel plan to Leh along with my wife Sumita. In the initial stage Shahi helped me to formulate the plan as per my own program within my budget. Renuka helped me in making the changes without disturbing my budget. Because I requested for postponement due to my illness. The local coordinator Padma was very helpful and cooperative. In the evening he used to asked about the day and gives tips for the next day. I thank all of them including Saurabh. All the designated Hotels and tented accommodation were as per the expectation and their services were satisfactory. The drivers were quite good, always on time and the vehicles were also in good condition.

We enjoyed the trip from the core of our heart only because the logistics were well taken care by the Tripfactory.

Amazing experience travelling to Dubai and great great support from Naveen, my coordinator for the trip, who helped me a lot before and during my vacation(ofcourse i have had asked him some thousand questions, he was always happy to help and was very polite and the best part, you ping him any point of time, he is ready to help as he promised, thats really cool!)

I would surely recommend trip factory to other friends who might travel and also I would take all my future vacations from your guys!

Right from the beginning we did not have any hassles in booking the entire trip. Tousif was my travel agent and he was very responsive throughout. He took care of each and everything and we had a wonderful family trip only because of him.The trip was well organised with private transfers. Not even a single error happend anywhere. It was seamless. As Trip Factory is a new travel site I was little apprehensive but Tousif was so patient that all my worries faded away after we were through our bookings.The pricing was very reasonable too and we covered so many places at such a nominal cost. Thank you Tousif, Bandini and Trip Factory for arranging such a wonderful trip. You guys will be again approached for my future travels. :)

Never planned properly. They never handover the ticket before startup the tour. Two days before only, flight ticket booked under group booking.
On the spot, they tried to convince for the alternative which is not in level what we paid.

There is no permanent co-ordinator. When I asked to that co-ordinator he / she simply transferred the call to the supervisor. Then the supervisor transferred to his supervisor. We spoke almost 4 level of persons to get the actual itenary.

Me and my wife had planned a 3n/4d trip to Singapore through Trip factory. I'm very much satisfied with the way things were organized and a well planned itinerary (which was a lot customized as per our requirement) by Mala. We could get all the details and the information of how we could plan additional time available on the day of arrival as well as on the day of departure. The most important thing before travel is the availability of the coordinator on call when in need and the flexibility in payment which were both up to the best of our satisfaction.

I just loved the way our pickup and drop were arranged in Singapore, and all we needed to do was to be on time at the specified spot. Breakfast in the booked hotel was really good and the other meals were also of our taste. There was also an option for the drop points to be customized, so that we could manage to visit Merlion Park and Clark Quay during night time (most preferred time to visit the places) after our day trip plans. The tour operator is Singapore was also really helpful to provide us with the required information. This trip, far from any other, was the most memorable trip we had so far. Thanks again to Mala from Trip Factory whose constant interaction and coordination helped us to get this trip planned and executed to perfection.

We had booked our package via trip factory for hongkong macau and singapore. HK and Macau was done well but singapore was ruined big time as when we got there there was no one to pick us nor cab sent at midnight 12:30 and we had to wait till 2:30 am and then took a cab on our own and got to hotel where there was no one to help and the rest of the days they had even missed out on tickets which we had to show in sentosa Island and when tried getting in touch with them -TRIP FACTORY did not even respond I would give them zero rating and will not recommend them at all and no refund has been given till date.
