Well, finally I got some time to Write the review about my recent trip.
First, let's begin with the whole plan. When I was in the planning stage I clearly told these people to offer me a luxury stay as the budget was not much of a constraint. The moment I said this my package budget came to be around 45K for a Kerala trip from Hyderabad buy with no addition of luxury to it.
They claimed that they have given me a 4star stay, which was no closer to the reality. The first hotel where I stayed didn't offer me an AC room and when I contacted these guys about this no one responded.
Coming to stay in a houseboat which happens to be most exciting part of the journey turned out to be a nightmare. Instead of paying around 12k for a night, I got an economical boat for my stay and these people pushed me on the boat which later I found out to be a normal boat. Well while booking they told me that you will be given a luxury boat for the stay. When I started to ask, these guys started to pacify me by saying that the boat you are on happens to be most luxury one.
Well, honestly it was a horrible experience with Tripfactort. I will never recommend this to anyone in my dreams. The entire support happens to be good till the time you haven't paid. Once you pay the money they give the tour package to a third party vendor and takes their cut.
Never Ever book from Tripfactory
Few points:
1. Travel agent was rude and not Professional
2. Gave false promises before the trip
3. Once the initial payment is made, they will not follow up for further details.
4. They will not give you proper details for claiming your LTA.
5. They don't honor their words.
6. They are not worth of running a Travel agency with the current trip advisors

The issues you have raised are truly a matter of concern since your holiday experience is of utmost importance to TripFactory. With regards to the points mentioned by you, please note that we shall be able to arrive at a resolution only after we have received and verified your TFN and can investigate the details.
1. Once we have your trip reference number, we will know the name of your assigned travel expert. We follow a strict code in all our communications with clients. Since we also record all calls and messages for quality purposes, we can quickly verify whether your expert was rude and not professional. In case this has happened, we will certainly take necessary action and preventative measures.
2. As I have mentioned before, we maintain records of all communications made by our travel agents. If any promises have been made in writing that have not been fulfilled, please communicate the same to us.
3. After the initial payment of 25 percent of your trip fare and flight charges up front, you are required to complete the rest of your payment up to 21 days (or 3 weeks) before day of travel. Our team must follow up after the initial stage of payment to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience – as there are impending payments to be made for services provided. And in the case of international travel, we are also required to regularly follow up for various documentations, visa details, flight tickets etc. If you have experienced differently, please let us know.
4. We would like to firmly contest this point. If you submit your correct documents, we make sure to provide you your LTA – we do that for 5 percent of our customers on a weekly basis. Once you have shared your travel details and the requisite documentation is complete, we will share with you your documents for LTA.
5. We pride ourselves on being a passionately customer-centric company, and if you have had an experience where you feel that we have not honoured our word, do let me know and we shall resolve this straight away.
6. We have an honest and steadfast approach to our job as a holiday store and we continue to improve ourselves – this has been attested to by a large base of happy and loyal customers. Please accept our sincere apologies if our efforts have not lived up to your expectations.

A bad experience where in the airport I was never picked up be in Foreign Soil.
No placard reason given by local agent of KL was they received wrong flight no and time.
Coordinated myself and resolved the problem however till that time there was delay and frustration and inconvenience to me and my family.
Same problem when I came to Bali there was no 1 to pick up. Waited for an hour frustrated and same reason that Trip factory has given wrong flight and time details yo Pacto local trip organiser.
When I was leaving bali I alerted 3-4 people of the trip whatsapp group to ensure that Cab reaches on time next day to pick me up as per flight timing.
As usual no lesson learnt by trip factory
The cab did not arrive on time leading to anxiety frustration and lot of inconvenience.
I had to book a Cab myself and pay for it as if I have not done I would have missed the flight.
There were other problems like in your days sone program were removed or only photo session happened due to the tour operator not taking us or conveying to move quickly or insisting in having buffet lunch at specific place which we did not want.
I was conveyed in TF what's app group that cab money would be reimbursed back to my account.
This is not yet done.
I am putting these feed back so that TF can correct themseleves.
I don't know it shall happen or not.
This is due lack of communication and coordination between TF and local trip organizer.

Trip factory did a wonderful job of organizing our trip to Pattaya and Bangkok. Taxis were prompt on time. FYI - Early checkin was considered at Pattaya. We had to wait at reception for long. Our PoC at Thai was available to answer all our queries and suggested what to do in our free time. Feedback is Meals have to be planned in the itinerary. First 2 days we had to skip as the taxis drivers were not willing to stop even for a pick up and they don't give you a option. Fouzia did a excellent job in planning out our itinerary. Alice Shruthi planned our Himachal Trip, i have had a wonderful trip with you to shimla and manila. You took care of all my necessities starting from vehicle, sight seeing, fooding and lodging. My trip had been a memorable one due to your kind co-operation and support. I reached the destination everything was ready just the way i wanted. This was a family vacation for me after a long time and i was glad to notice that they were more than satisfied with your service and enjoyed to the fullest. I booked my Honeymoon trip to Andaman(Port Blair, Neil and Havelock), with Trip factory. When I was booked the package with Trip factory, on that time I was worried about the money and what kind of service they will provide. Once I started my Honeymoon trip, everything went into right direction with super service.
I am very happy with Trip factory services, I wish you guys will work on this.
However Once I reached Andaman, everything was planned awesome, hotel in Port Blair (Shompen and Haywizz) was awesome, superb service clean maintain property, good food and best pick and drop service.
Same with Neil island (Peak Perl Beach Resort), beautiful property good food. And in Havelock (Blue Bird Beach resort) best stay with good food.
I am completely satisfied with the service of Trip factory Adviser and drivers as well. Thanks for made my honeymoon wonderful and memorable.

According to my experience Dubai is beyond the imaginary world. The wonder is beyond the expectations of a person who is having intuition to admire the aesthetics and cleanliness of a town located in totally dry desert. Hats of to the taste of the kings and their empire for fabricating such a beautiful kingdom. Every road, metro rail track, flyover, tunnel, building what not is planned and designed keeping the aesthetics in view and executed precisely. Coming to the aspect of Tripfactory SUDHA SARAVAN patiently answered to all our doubts and guided well until last hour before proceeding. We had been to HongKong and Macau along with family members and Prakash had done a stupendous job in organizing a wonderful one. He made sure every bit of the trip was very well taken care of without any hiccups. Everything was booked on dot - flights, hotels, site seeing etc. We also had to change the dates and bookings as had some confusion around the travel dates. First of all I would say I gave the best travelling experience with trip factory. They have given us the best deals at a nominal price. The services were good. Starting from hotel tour guide everything was well planned. The trip factory suggested us the best hotels. I didn't have to deal with any sort of inconvenience.
