It was an overall good experience with trip factory. I am satisfied with the good network teams throughout our mumbai-srinagar-Kargil-Leh-Laddakh-mumbai tour. Thanks to all team for providing excellent vehicle arrangments and best drivers which is most needed in LEH LADDAKH tour. Thanks to Nisarbhai-srinagar, Mr. Raichen-kargil, Mr. Tani- LEH for best services. Nisar bhai helped a lot in srinagar due to critical situation of strike in srinagar we missed gulmarg but hope to visit it again. Thanks to whole team of tripfactory, hoping for better communication in coming days of coming events and tour.
Special thanks to Mr. Julian Ceaser who though after resigning from tripfactory was well connected to help me in all ways.
Suggestion to trip factory: Do be in touch of the coustomers by your own with their daily schedules of itenery rather than waiting for coustomer to give their updates.and querries.

Loveliest honeymoon. It was a much feared destination. Kashmir. I had my doubts before booking flight tickets. You people forced me to do it and it was indeed fruitful. Else I would have missed the heaven on earth. Excellent people, excellent food, extra ordinary climate. Everything about Kashmir still remain fresh. It's a month ago already. Had already recommended the place to 2 of my friends. About trip factory, co-ordination cannot be better. Except few hiccups. Tat was tolerable. Would comeback wit another trip again with my beloved wife..

I booked my package from Trip factory in February 2018, and the trip was for july 18, team was really helpful and prompt since the day 1. There were minor issues in the itinerary (which are expected, I think it's ok to have issues)but most important thing they were all resolved timely and team were always there for any help. There were more than two instances where the pick up from hotel in bali for site seeing was getting late (driver got stuck in traffic) but team immediately arranged a new cab. Overall, I am very satisfied with everything.

I was taken care completely through out my trip. My 7 year kid really enjoyed as hotel was as per our preferences. Our travel expert Mr. Sourav Semwal really taken good care of us. Plz dont opt any package with trip factory u will suffer like anything if u go with them i suffered a lot in dubai by opting package with trip factory. They wont follow anything as per the itenary given to us at the time of booking they change the timings of the sightseeing with out intimating the customers and will ensure that will not go for any sight seeing.

Initially, I was a bit confused in booking the holiday package with Trip Factory over other like "Yatra, Make my trip, etc." but I must say it was a good trip with everything perfect & same as it was discussed & mentioned before the trip started.
It was a 4N/5D trip & from the very 1st day it was bang on target with everything in place.
The trip was customized as per our requirement & would really appreciate Rabbila Arfa for supporting & planning everything so smoothly.
The supporting team in Thailand was prompt enough to resolve any ongoing query.

We had a great time on our family trip to Singapore, the

Were prompt and on time except for one who kinda ruined it on the last day. That
