Good deal with you. Got really superb experience. Hotel is not that much good as expected, no higene, no good services. ICS travel agency was fabulous and specially Driver Kantun., He was very polite and helpful. Provide as much as you can like good villas and resorts especially going near beach side places. Hotel was too far from good beaches. Vanitha was very helpful, she managed. Very well. Thank you all. Promising that m going next trip with TF.

- Courteous travel coordinator Avinash Ks but needs to be trained in all aspects of travel and also needs to be more assertive & proactive.
- Good coordination between local agents at Andaman... Dreamworld.
- Good hotels except for one Haywizz Portblair. Best hotel was Bluebird at Havelok with excellent service and good ambience.
- Good complimentary breakfast & dinner at all hotels.
The cons as follows:
- Though we did our bookings 6 months in advance they botched up the return flight bookings of 2 people from the group of 15 who had to travel on a different flight apart from the group.
- though we paid for Makruzz premium ferries on all 3 boat travels between islands we were downgraded to a horrible ferry on one of the voyages between Havelock to Neil Island even though Makruzz was available and sailed on the same route same time which we saw ourselves.
- very upset with the unresponsive attitude of VP Mr. Sudeep. When the flight issue was escalated to him he appointed himself as our single point of contact & assured to get us all together on the same flight back. This did not happen but more upsetting was his unresponsiveness to calls & messages. No updates on the status which should have come from his side, no response to our desperate calls / messages from Andaman, where network was almost zero and we had great difficulty connecting. This displayed a total uncaring attitude and is not at all acceptable and very unprofessional. It caused us unnecessary anxiety while on vacation.
If not for the 3 cons mentioned above, I would probably have given a 4 or even 5 star rating.

Overall it was a great experience. Drivers were nicely trained and vehicles were neat and clean. The drivers took good care of the vehicle. However a few suggestions which I hope you will consider-
1. Drivers arrive 15 min prior the allotted slot which is good. But if they arrive early, they should not call before the allotted slot and ask where to park the vehicle as we being tourists have no idea about a new place.
2. One driver should be there for visit to a single place so that pick up is easy to coordinate. Now we had different drivers for drop and pick up so it was difficult to fix a pick up spot.

This was our first experience with TRIP FACTORY and I can describe the entire experience in just one word an "AWESOME". From the time we landed in Port Blair Airport and back to the Airport drop after the vacation was fabulous. Our Trip co-ordinators at different places (Port Blair, Havelock) or we can say them as our friend who is a local person in the group taking us to places. Everything was well organised by Trip Factory from the entering the best Hotels to the craziest Scuba diving and back which was one of the most memorable part for the trip, also the journey from Port Blair to Havelock via Cruise and boarding in Havelock, Radhanagar beach & the Elephant Island the water Sports everything was equally good. Lastly but not the least I would thank the person Ms. Sowmya & her team who had planned our perfect trip. Cheers guys for the perfect arrangement! Hope to plan my future trips thru TRIPFACTORY soon for many more destinations!

Travelled to Thailand with TripFactory n it was my third trip with them. Really awesome trip. No hassles absolutely. All the hotels arranged were damn good, transfers provided were outstanding and everything went as per itinerary.We clearly felt that our expectations exceeded when on last day itinerary said lunch not included but to our surprise it was also provided. Professional management, helpful, friendly and cost effective. Our association is going to be long with Tripfactory. Compared prices with fellow tourists who came through other agencies and we understood that v got the best airlines, best hotels and best arrangements at the best poosible prices.

Its never easy when you are coordinating with international agencies and a few hiccups are expected naturally but even those were not visible, they managed it so perfectly. Thank you so much for the awesome arrangements.
