Pathetic experience with trip factory. We booked a trip for leh ladakh. At the time of booking we paid the complete trip amount. And after 4 days they called up and said we got the flight booking for u but we are predicting that this wl be cancelled on that particular day and they have cancelled all my booking... I don't know on what basis they have predicted the same and asked us to change dates... There staff is also not at all cooperative. They didn't even answer the calls. In one word. Trip factory is pathetic website..

This was my first international trip to dubai for 5 nights 6 days and that was fabulous every thing was perfectly organized. We did'nt face any problems. Thanks to Mr. Mohamad moinulla he was our trip consultant. He arranged everything for us. We wanted to add a limosin ride as we reached there and tripfactory arranged that for us. This trip was in budget. And this review is not sponsored in any way. So don't hesitate to plan a trip with tripfactory. This was the best I could find. Thank you.

I booked an Andaman tour package with Trip factory (my cousin recommended tripfactory). They assigned me an agent Sourav Semwal. I wanted a customized package so i talked with him over email and phone and he assisted me to book my dream trip with my own requirements. The price was very reasonable and they gave a small discount through a promo code. I booked flight on my own because i didn't want to risk increase in flight charges when while we plan the trip. We were a group of 9 people and one infant. Trip was from January 24th to 29th and we have had an amazing time in Andaman! We haven't faced a single issue anywhere and all my fellow travelers enjoyed to the fullest. Our agent Sourav was always reachable in phone or mail and he was very keen on making us comfortable. The local tour operators they arranged were also very good and responsible, so as hotels they booked. We never faced any delay in vehicle transfers or hotel checkins or anything. Everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend tripfactory service to anyone who is planning for a trip and i personally will book through trip factory for all my future trips. Thanks to them for the wonderful time we had.

We had booked a Kerala trip package from Trip Factory:
- At the booking stage, we did not get our preferred flights. The flights that we had selected were not booked on time. As a result, the flight cost went up. We were given an alternate option, the cost of which was also high. We ended up paying extra for the total trip due to the delay done by trip factory. We were said that there will be some compensation given for this, but none was given.
- We were booked on a Non-AC room. When asked, we were told that 'You don't require AC in Munnar'. The booking confirmation, did not mention that the rooms were Non-AC. Again, we were told that we will be compensated for this error in form of a candle light dinner. Please note that we were four girls travelling and the compensation offered did not make sense.
- We were told that the car and driver will be available for our disposal. When we asked our driver to take us to the city, he told us that he was not allowed to go back to the city.
- Our driver was least friendly. He did not stop the car when ever we asked him to. Did not take us to any places we had asked - Spice shop, Saree shops, Liquor Shop. Being new to the city, we depend on the driver to help us with these things and our driver was least helpful.
- The biggest blunder was that we were booked on a Hand Baggage only fare for our for return flight to Mumbai. Had we not seen the message from the Airline, it would have been a complete chaos at the airport.
- Lastly, we were happy that our houseboat experience was better than the whole trip. Even that proved to be wrong, as one of the bedroom was stinking very badly. We were not able to sleep due to the smell.
To summarize, it was a very stressful trip. When we book through a company like Trip Factory, we expect our travel to be uneventful and stress free, which was not the case with our Kerala trip.

I wish to highly recommend TripFactory, an excellent travel agency and the travel consultant Kusum who made it a memorable one for me and my better half. Kusum was very informative and helpful with travel arrangements prior to the journey. I have to say it was an amazing planning and co-ordination starting right from our trip which began from Chennai to Port Blair. We visited a couple of places including Havelock Island, Neils Island and many more.
Overall It was a brilliant trip where the hotels booked were also great and we had on time cab transfers to everywhere. I am very happy with the service provided by trip advisor.

Everything had been arranged perfectly by Trip Factory and went smoothly. The accommodation was very comfortable.

The only problem came on the last day when we got to know that we had a connecting flight to Delhi as we had already informed you that we don't need any connecting flights. But still thanks for all the assistance given to make this a memorable holiday.
