An unique and beautiful experience. We did 5 days/4 nights exploration in Kerala with 3 year old kid and never had a dull moment. Bhavya's recommendations were great and all the hotel's we stayed were comfortable and had a pleasant experience. We had little bit hiccup on finding motor boat cruise but Bhavya followed up with supplier and made sure we boarded the boat. That's exactly what Customer service is about and trip factory seems to excel in the service.

Our driver Santosh who greeted us in Cochin Airport and accompanied us for all 5 days was much knowledgeable about Kerala and super friendly. He made sure it's comfortable 4-5 hours winding roads journey experience in Kerala especially with our restless 3 year old. He took us to all touristy and non-touristy attractions and he was our photographer through out the trip!

I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Once again thanks bhavya for making our holiday special!

Munnar: Chandys windy woods (2 nights)
Thekkady: Zvasitana Ventara (1 night)
Alleppey: Lemon tree Vembanad (1 night)

On a negative side, please avoid Lemon tree on Alleppey where rooms had pungent smell, stale food and limited buffet. They have no idea on how to prepare coffee/tea and ended up serving us instant coffee.

Cordinations of team members and tour guid from initial to final was very cooerative. Keep it up good job. Trip factory satisfies the tourist. Once again I thank you trip factory team. Keep growing. Keep some one posting that money is wasted then they are wrong.

One of the best travel experience so far... The trip was planned really well. Itinerary was selected and planning really well. Kritgy raj was extremely helpful and promt. The coordinators in andaman were also good. My only low exp was the hotel at port blair for day 1 or else all other hotels were great and the government ferry to Neil's island. I really enjoyed this trip and would recommend it to everyone with family, travelling solo or couples

It was a worst experience we faced when we had to book for a resort in Baga Goa. They had booked a worst hotel for us in Baga (Camelot) saying room is super deluxe grabbing 10k already but the room is not worth it. Rigt from landing to Goa because of no proper communication with taxi agents over in Goa we had to wait and wait taxi never did arrive.
We needed a hotel near to Baga beach but the resort what these site booked wer really far from beach promising us that it's just near. Same the case with taxis we never got it.
It's a worst experience the booking people themselves don't know what they are doing. We lost the money worth for nothing. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS TRIP FACTORY.

Trip Factory helped me book to Andaman Tour Package one a very reasonable price along with the right set of Hotels Provided. At first I was skeptic about the site and the plan of the tour, because at a point of time, there was no confirmation of the hotel for me even before 4 days of my travel, but they have promised and has given me a upgraded and a better hotel with private beach. I strongly recommenced to plan your trip with these guys. They will make everything smooth. Unlike the big sites like makemytrip or clear trip or in-fact for any other websites, they cannot even make things better at such a price as trip factory did those thing for me.

It was a very pleasant and happy stay. We chose trip factory over other trip providers as have heard that it is good and our experience was also good. The trip to Kochi, Munnar, Alleppey and arithrapilly waterfalls has been well organised. Our driver Prasad was also very decent and Well behaved and had proper knowledge about territory. The hotel I cloud and its staff was helpful and kind enough. So we will plan our next trips also with trip factory and looking for the same good experience and hospitality with good amount of discount. Thank you.
