I had a last minute flight that I needed to book. After searching online on airline websites I was really frustrated because most flights were so expensive. With trip.com I was able to get an affordable flight paid through them and they ensured I got my tickets promptly. They also did follow up on my trip sending me constant reminders and advice. Trip.com really takes care of its own customer and their safety. They saved me twice during the trip in China:
1. Someone lost the telephone, and a taxi was booked over trip.com, and they returned the telephone safely.
2. We went to the airport too early, and trip.com saved us from waiting in the cold and early in the morning for the airport to open.

I used Trip.com to book a flight and a hotel while residing in China. The process was simple, efficient, detailed, and clear. I was able to book my flight and immediately receive a discount for my hotel stay. I received my flight information and hotel stay information simultaneously, When I arrived at the hotel they immediately scheduled me for shuttle service to the airport based on the information that Trip provided. In all of my travels it was the most seamless travel and stay experience I have ever had. The hotel provided superior customer service that added to my stay and overall experience.

Overall I haveis is the case. Been very happy with the ease of booking Hotels, trains and air. But lately when trying to book hotels in advance Trip has not allowed me to do so. I am not sure why this is the case. It only allows me to book a hotel the day before I arrive. This does create uneasiness. Other than this I have been using Trip for years and never had an issue. I highly recommend using Trip.com

Using other sites- they have been waiting until the last page before saying "This fare is no longer available." Have not had a similar instance with Trip.com!

I didn't notice that I wasn't booking the ticket directly with Philippine Air Asia.
I found out after I booked the ticket that ASAP was just charging me $186.00 without the check In 1 luggage.
I always book with them.

Trip.com refuses to refund my ticket for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. Despite their support promising updates and resolution within 4 hours, I have received nothing but misleading information. I have already filed a formal complaint with the German Consumer Protection Agency (Verbraucherzentrale) and initiated a bank chargeback. This is unacceptable customer service and a violation of consumer rights.
The all team were polite and patient with me and with situation.
I asked for the manger and Taha was so nice and understanding really did his best to help me I appreciate it a lot how I got solution to my problem thank you Taha and for all the team.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
