Used to be loyal to Star Alliance and flew over 2.5 million miles. Used to get upgrades and could find decent fares on their sites. With all the cutbacks loyalty doesn't matter. Trip.com is my new go to. More choices. Even found affordable business class tickets for SE Asia. Hotels too

The time between initiating the choose of flights and refreshing of the process is too short.

I advised you of 2 flights that I did not book myself. 2 unknown people booked flight, fraudulently using my credit card. Even though I rang and advised you and your fraud team. You would not cancel the tickets, not refund me the money. It was as if Trip.com was part of the fraud. I still have had no response from you. I have advised the Australian Fraud Police to investigate your practices to see if this is a common practice of Trip.com. The least you could have done was arrest these 2 people as they boarded the flights on 1st April 2026. The Australian Police Fraud team have advised I have a strong case to prosecute Trip.com which I am engaging lawyers to do so

Shopped around for airfare. Trip.com offered a very chep price, I did not believe at first. When, y flight was confirmed by the airline, then I believed.

I recently had the misfortune of having to cancel a trip from Australia to Europe because of the war in the Middle East. This was devastating as the holiday was something that I had been looking forward to for years.
When I explained my situation to Trip.com and the Customer Care duty manager Taha, I had the full amount of my accommodation in Amsterdam refunded. This went a long way to alleviating my stress and disappointment of not being able to travel to Europe. As a result of this, I would not hesitate in arranging accommodation via Trip.com in the future, or recommending them to others. The team at Trip.com have proven themselves to be flexible, caring and kind. My experience with Trip.com demonstrated to me that there is still fairness in the online world of travel booking.

Forcing the refund as voucher and even with that for two weeks no refund yet and blame the airlines for that, so be careful because no refund even if they cancel ur trip

While the booking and ticketing experience was fantastic, flight delayed wasn't notified promptly. More so there was a 30 riyal charge for boarding card issue, which was due to their system failure of inability to check in electinically. The refund was promised by check in staff on arrival at Riyadh, where Fly A deal staff asked us to approach customer services instead, and your service in that regard has been abysmal

Found that bookings are easier and normally cheaper that actual site offers or other booking Apps. Easier, faster and cheaper. But we do need actual confirmation from the carrier or hotel site to re-affirm firm booking to avoid issues with carriers or hotels.

Trip.com is a very user-friendly booking website for flights especially "multi-city" destinations.
Also great for booking High Speed Rail Tickets in China and provides very reasonable priced eSims purchases for China and other parts of Asia. Overall, very happy with using Trip.com

I have used about every travel aid service, and later Apps there are and have found that TRIP.COM, formerly CTRIP.COM, gives youthe best experience, support, prices, and ease of use over all other services. By far they exceed all services that I have tried, and I have tried them all.

Nil customer resolution for a flight three months away not being able to change it by three days. Customer service was poor, no common sense, only throwing the book at you. Am not dealing with Trip again. Virtually a scam. Once you pay, you will not see that money again if you have to change flights even by an hour.

As a regular user of Booking.com and Expedia, I was pleased to discover Trip.com after seeing it on huge signboards in Malaysia.
After some hesitation, I gave it a go recently. I booked a return flight to Qingdao, followed by a boutique hotel there.
Overall I am impressed by its ease of navigation as well as price competitiveness. 👍

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
