When I book for flight + hotel, it should be more functional and flexible like I want flight tickets for only 2 persons on departure and 3 persons on return tickets and for hotel.

Had to cancel a flight due injury of my wife and with hospital and doctors certificate not possible. After many useless phone calls and emails I gave up.

I attempted to book air tickets and spent considerable time comparing prices. After entering all the required details, I was only informed at the final payment step that the advertised prices were unavailable. This happened multiple times, which was very frustrating and took me over an hour to finally secure a booking at the best available price. The platform (Trip.com) displayed misleading prices throughout the process, guiding me toward options that were ultimately not accessible.

I thought that Trip was a great website for booking flights. However, the Trip app is really hard to navigate and it is unclear when or where my tickets were issued. All in all, Trip was helpful and provided us with good value on flights.

Well I was working to buy a ticket at one price and at the last moment I was signaled that it was sold out. I ended up paying a higher price for the same flight. That was not good.

I went to book a plane ticket from Harbin to Beijing, and saw the button to explore business class pairs, clicked on Harbin, saw affair to Beijing for the same day, and almost the same price as economy. – love it

Tickets have not been issued, but says on ap that it has been. Also ap is not easy it just want to sell stuff and not easy to find bookings

I haven't got enough time to transit and I'm being gaslit by Trip.Com with them telling me I have got enough time. To get off an international flight collect your bags at a busy airport and then have to queue up check bags back in and then go through security. All in an hour and a half. I can't take a chance. Because if I don't make it I won't catch my flight back to Australia.

Very hard to contact airlines. Trip.com should have a portal to the airlines it deal with directly as they dont always have people that speak the language and their policies aren't clear.

They have refunden my cancelled booking, although it is non refundable but they refunded me because the mistake was from the hotel end. So i appreciate, in addition they gave me Coins equalent to the same booking value to book anything using Trip.com again.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
