From best service to worst!

Used to love trip.com since years. Now it's terrible.
Had to cancel a flight due injury of my wife and with hospital and doctors certificate not possible. After many useless phone calls and emails I gave up.
Wanted to book a flight for my son and he's 15 but must be 17. That's just wrong.

I attempted to book air tickets and spent considerable time comparing prices. After entering all the required details, I was only informed at the final payment step that the advertised prices were unavailable. This happened multiple times, which was very frustrating and took me over an hour to finally secure a booking at the best available price. The platform (Trip.com) displayed misleading prices throughout the process, guiding me toward options that were ultimately not accessible.

I haven't got enough time to transit and I'm being gaslit by Trip.Com with them telling me I have got enough time. To get off an international flight collect your bags at a busy airport and then have to queue up check bags back in and then go through security. All in an hour and a half. I can't take a chance. Because if I don't make it I won't catch my flight back to Australia.

Very hard to contact airlines. Trip.com should have a portal to the airlines it deal with directly as they dont always have people that speak the language and their policies aren't clear.

They have refunden my cancelled booking, although it is non refundable but they refunded me because the mistake was from the hotel end. So i appreciate, in addition they gave me Coins equalent to the same booking value to book anything using Trip.com again.
