We monitor reviews for authenticity
If you have no issues with your flights (eg. Delays, missed connections, cancellations etc) you'll be fine but the second something goes wrong even if it's not your fault you're screwed. If you actually manage to get through to someone they'll basically just make you rebook your own flights day of (so expensive!) and just refund you your original ticket price. Not worth the hassle and the money just book directly through the airline.
Once tickets are purchased it is very difficult to access them via the airline website. They don't sync naturally. To check-in online you need your booking number and email or surname for the airline but there was a big mix up as I was directed to the wrong persons flight! I made adjustments to THEIR flight. Somehow, even using my email, surname and booking number, Jetstar opened another persons flight and allowed me to make adjustments and even purchase food. I didn't realise until I was on board my flight! Not happy at all. Trip.com you need to improve this aspect.

I love the Trip.com app as I was able to book 2 hotels and flights in one trip and so easily, no need to call customer service or help line.

Paying was an issue from overseas where phone service is slower. Verification code for payment approval arriving after the booking cancelled due to time out with no ability to extend. There was no link to ask for help that I could see. Finally the seat booking I paid for failed to appear in the airline booking. The good was reminder email when online checkin was available

I travel a lot and I book all my travel through trip.com. It is a trusted site that is based in Asia. Too many of it's competitors area now owned by Zionist. We trust Trip.com and will continue to use them exclusively.

Booking a flight was easy. However, when booking a flight months ahead, accessing or viewing flight details on an airline website was unavailable. In regards to contact, noone was available for confirmation

It is easy to navigate the website and app, even to cancel and reschedule flights; all the details are there. It minimizes the use of customer support. You can book flights and make changes on your own, no hassle. My only suggestion is that you offer a 24hr free cancellation, and I'm sure more people will be drawn to use your site.

I needed to book two airtickets for my travel in Malaysia in June, 2026 and trip.com made it easy. The amount I paid was cheaper compared to other booking sites as well.

The app is very good for booking the whole trip together (hotel, flights, activities) which is amazing. However it does take a few days to get the flight tickets issued, so be ready for that. Overall happy with the app though! :)

I find that Trip not much of promotion at least for a hotel or accommodation. There is hardly to see promo code and so on. Trip should not only provide the promo code for the new user only but also for the same regular user who already used this apps for some time.

Can't believe I found this so cheap… and was so easy. It was explained completely clearly to make sure I knew what I was getting and all details were correct.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
