My biggest issue with booking flights is the stress of screwing up, this helped and reassured my details were correct constantly.
I'd like to thank the entire customer support team, and personally the duty manager, Taha T., for their work in negotiating compensation with the hotel for services not provided. For several days, the support team tried to reach a compromise with the hotel, but its management proved extremely unfriendly to its customers. As for the Trip.com team, they partially reimbursed my expenses. I am grateful to the customer support team and sincerely thank them 🤍

Unlike most travel services, after i bought the ticket, you said you couldn't confirm it for 24 hours. Then after that time, you said you could only confirm one direction and that i had to wait more time for confirmation of the other direction. Very poor service.

Violet did an outstanding job handling my concern. I've been dealing with this issue for over a week due to an unresponsive host and incomplete property details, which made it very stressful—especially since this booking was for the Sinulog Festival. Violet truly owned the issue and resolved it right the first time. She went above and beyond by finding us an alternative place to stay and successfully processing a refund for the original booking. I am a first timer here in trip.com and had the greatest and worst experience. Worst is that I got a cancellation notification few hours before my flight and with the festivities no hotel is available. Talk to couple agents but was only either getting a cold shoulders, ages of wait time and being hang up I am totally lost. Then spoke to violet she's very calm, very friendly and accommodating she should get a raise for representing the brand by this lady. Kudos violet!

I purchase air and train tickets mainly from Trip.com for 10 years now (excluding COVID years). One of the (latest) features I really like is the travel updates, for instance, which airport terminals, time for online check-ins, change in train platforms and so forth. This feature helped a lot for my recent vacation whilst travelling with my partner for 16 days to several cities in both Turkiye and Italy. It was our first for both countries.

Since I know trip.com & now I stop to use booking.com because trip.com so easy to book & the price a bit cheaper. Only one thing about the seat selection page doesn't work properly for the China Southern Airlines, most of the seat are blocked & sometimes disappear, it seems like the system got problem. Hopefully it's can be improved

We had a wonderful experience with Trip.com's customer support during our family trip. On the night of the 11th, when we arrived at our hotel, the staff could not find our booking. It was already late, but Trip.com immediately assisted us. Special thanks to Delphene, who helped us find solutions from 11:30 PM to 1:00 AM. She suggested that we pay for one night first so we could rest, and she would contact the hotel and continue handling the issue for us.
I also appreciated the support from other agents including Johnny Z, Shafa, and Anna, as well as follow-up emails from Johnny and David. Everyone was attentive and responsible throughout the process.
Thanks to their teamwork, our trip went smoothly and we were able to enjoy a memorable 60th birthday celebration for my mother. Even though my phone signal wasn't always stable, Trip.com kept following up and never left the case unattended. I am truly grateful for their excellent service and will definitely continue using Trip.com in the future.

User friendly interface including handy tips regarding hotel locations and it's closest metro, comprehensive coverage over flight and rail networks. Staff are responsive to queries. The only improvement could be that bookings are not charged till closer to the time to prevent loss in exchange rates to clients and unnecessary refund queries. Other than that would recommend.

Pros: Easy booking process for flights and rail network across China
Cons: There's a booking fee with the train bookings which, if cancelled is not refundable (not made obvious at the time of booking) and the exchange rate is very poor for refunds provided ~30% markup.

I needed to purchase some last minute flights, I searched the usual suspects Expedia Google Skyscanner. I remembered I had the trip.com app opened it up put in my profile and I found a completely different set of flights. I worked with my time frame and my price range.
It was absolutely phenomenal purchasing round trip tickets, including popping in my personal information took less than 90 seconds with flights that worked with my time frame. It was great

I wanted to book some flights online. I used the usual search engines and found two flights I liked. When booking the flights (or hotels or whatever) you have a choice of which agency you use. I have chosen Trip.com This is my first time using this company. The process was easy. The booking was completed quickly, and I have the email, E ticket and receipt. We shall see how it progresses. I have done this before with no issues arising.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
