I think I will never use your website again! Policy says one thing and reality is another thing! Not only I was not able to get refund though policy says I can, the process to request refund is even worse! Cannot do this by phone and need to go through this long back and forth email! Of course, you cannot get refund in the end! Total a disappointment!
Good. It was easy. However, it did not have single room specifics for one King or two queen beds.
The prices was great, but when I tried to book the price sky rocket up in a couple of minutes so I couldn't book the hotel I really wanted. Then after I booked something else I got a email the next day stating I didn't book the hotel I wanted with the same price. I was so mad because I wanted that one but the price changed when I tried to book it in the first place. And you guys don't do full refunds or exchanges for me to switch it.

Good site for make a reservation of hotels and I'll use it again.
Booking was quick but there is no reference number to find booking afterwards. Felt like I was scammed; money was taken out right away. I'll have to call the hotel to make sure my reservation really went through.

We can see that a member of staff from the hotel team has assisted you and confirmed the booking for you. In some bookings your information is held in our suppliers central system before being passed to the hotel which is why the hotel wont confirm the booking straight away in some cases.

Really frustrating to pay. No matter what card type you click, it just loads and loads and nothing happens. Had to refresh multiple times. Then after it finally allowed me to pick my card, it ended up charging me incorrectly. Perhaps it was from all the refreshing of the page, but I remember specifically picking the deposit option before trying again and it charged me the full amount. Ended up over drafting.

It was easy, and Travel Up had the best rates! I was trying to find a nice hotel at Niagara Falls at a decent price,, and went with Travel Up, was the first time using this booking site
The worst. I booked a Cancun vacation for $2929. 44 and when i called the hotel they tell me that no reservation exists. I called TravelUp and i was transfered to a voice mail, and i left a voice mail and received no response i even email them, to no avail. Next i will go with my credit card company, except that i have the flight reservation with another company and I will lose that money too.

It seems you have thought the booking was a scam. You then cancelled on that fact at a loss of your deposit. Our team has also offered to keep your deposit open for a different booking.
