I went to the hotel at 10pm to check in and there was no reservation, now i have 264.88 dolars that i have to fight with the banck to get back

SCAM. NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE.

Why I chose this business:
Was hoping to get a deal but I was scammed instead.
Why I chose this product:
Booked a room at the wrong property, horrible reviews and ultimately an over charge. I rebooked on my own to improve out experience.

Never received a response to any of the 3 attempts I made via phone or email.

I realize I booked a non refundable non cancelable...

I realize I booked a non refundable non cancelable room- but under the circumstances I would think you could make an exception- my father passed away and on my way to clean out his apt my car broke down- I called the Hotel directly and they said they had no control over it. I contact you people and all I get is an email telling me over and over that this room was non refundable non cancelable and non transferable. How terrible to not have compassion for your guests. I will eventually need to come to WI and stay to clean his apt- BUT I WILL NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY SERVICE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Why I chose this business:
It was the best deal and wanted to try a new third party- but never again as I asked for any type of help and was refused- and based on the circumstances being human is not hard- but you made it that way. It is hard enough dealing with a death of a parent let alone being responsible for all his arrangements. On top of that you people were rude and now I do not know how I will afford a stay to clean out his things. $422 was a lot for me.
Why I chose this product:
YES- someone should try to help me considering what the circumstances were and that they were out of my control. Changing the reservation to another weekend would have worked too- giving a full refund or even having some compassion would have helped overall- but apparently you people have no decency.
My experience with customer service:
refused to help and refused to try. It was awful and I will not use this service again. My father passed and on the way to WI my car broke down out of no where- the booking was for 4 nights- they refused to help me in any way. It just seems very rude and under the circumstances you would think they would accommodate something-
