It was all quick and easy, have no complaints so far.
V poor- the online presence is v unclear- could not work out about insurance or seat booking or checking a bag- v basic needs. Also managed to completely wrongly book my return trip as unclear… had to pay almost $100 to change it which is RIDICULOYS
Update: regarding TravelUp's response below, total bullocks! The air carrier have informed me directly that I was not marked as "no show" (despite travelups lies). Even TravelUp told me they received a refund and promised to send to my account in 3-5 business days. TravelUp just ignore all this info. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's been 1 1/2 years and I still haven't received my refund despite the air carrier already refunding travelup. Travelup keep telling me that I was marked as a "no-show", despite following all of their guidelines about cancellation. So either they're lying to me, or they failed to deal properly with my cancellation. I can't tell you how many times I've called their office and been rudely dealt with and lied to. Its a circular fraudulent game. Absolutely horrendous experience, and if you value your time or money or sanity, never use this company. NEVER. I suspect the overwhelming majority of the positive reviews are fake. You can tell they've been posting a lot of fake comments on other rating websites too. Guess it must be cheaper to systemically lie than to give people their deserved refunds back. How is this still a company? Absolutely shameful.

We have investigated into the booking and unfortunately this does see to be the case due to no show.
This is no lie, if you understood how the airlines policies work you can see the airline will not refund.
We can see our team have been able to do the best they can in this case but we cannot provide further.

I am very unhappy with your service. I made a mistake with my dates. I called immediately after I sent the booking and was told to write an email and that I couldn't be helped over the phone. I sent an email explaining my error and the dates that were correct. I received an email from you saying sorry, we will not change the dates and that I am responsible for the payment even though I could not use your service. Despicable!

Unfortunately, you have booked a non refundable room rate as explained in the emails. This means we are not able to retrieve your funds from the supplier to refund you as much as we would like to. Please be careful when booking non refundable rates as many many hotels and suppliers to have these rates for cheaper prices.

Easy to book and great price. Have to go out of town for a funeral, flights were expensive so glad we can get a fair price on hotel accommodations.
I am still awaiting my e-tickets after 24 hours. Your site is overall easy to use, but your customers would feel a little bit more comfortable knowing their seats are locked in.

Our E tickets can take 24 to 48 hours to arrive, your confirmation should be instant however.
The delays are down to Covid-19 unfortunately, with staff being inundated but we hope for this to clear soon.

Numerous reviews where if your booking needs an amendment they will find a way to blame you. Customer service is their biggest revenue stream, unfortunately I experienced this first hand.
Booked, asked "how to try and cancel and what refund process is", received a response saying they have now cancelled my booking and since it is non-refundable any funds received would be a bonus for me, may take months and are not guaranteed!
When responding (within an hour) saying given the above I wish not to proceed with cancellation, the news was this has already been done by our customer service and 'any funds received would be a bonus for me, may take months and are not guaranteed!'
They replied to a more tame review than this saying "We have checked with the agent to make sure he is chasing the supplier regarding trying to get something sorted for you."
The agent isn't recreating my booking which he cancelled!
Anyway rant over, don't use them they have rearranged or cancelled many bookings, blame the customer and don't refund - a horrible business model

We arrived and the hotel that we booked was full! We were never contacted we were just moved to a much cheaper hotel and still charged the full price! No one has been helpful or has tried resolving the issue or even offered a refund.

The hotel was horrible and I try to cancel my stay and I couldn't since you charging me the same amount I paid to cancel it. I won't recommend or use it again.

The reservations were Simple but would like more pictures for the Bed and Breakfast. The entire room in general.

Travel up changed the dates I typed in and got the booking wrong. When I noticed the dates had been changed I called to fix. They won't fix unless in writing so I sent them an email they still couldn't/wouldn't fix booking. This service sucks the customer service sucks and I will never utilize their services again

This hotel is fabulous. Biggest room in New York City I ever had. Staff is personable and pleasant and very accommodating. The service is high end and it reminds me of high end European service.
Initially the booking process went well, until I realized I had picked the wrong weekend. When I contacted them to just change it to the correct weekend they told me they were unable to help me.
