I highly recommend not using their service and to book direct with the airline or find a more professional travels agent. Worst travel experience of my life!

Easy to use but never got an email confirmation. When I went to inquire the site booted me off.

It was a mistake when I use you, I thought I was on booking.com, having said that my booking was flawlessly booked, the only thing I need is a confirmation to my email to become completely satisfied
I had not received a confirmation when I placed my hotel! For 2 days, I called and after 30 minutes, the call was disconnected. The third day, I phoned several times throughout the day, but was busy each time I called. Eventually, I did get through to confirm my reservations.
Following my first review, I was sent an email stating a confirmation had originally been sent and I should check my spam. I did check my spam. I had not received a confirmation. After speaking with travel-up they forwarded an email confirmation.
When you spend a considerable amount of money on hotel reservations, one would like to make sure the purchase is not a scam. For 3 days, I was beginning to think it was.
I did call the hotel and confirmed my reservations. So far so good!

I just called the hotel a day later to make reservations for their pool and they still do joy have the room reservation. I am hoping this isn't a scam.

My hotel reservation was completed without my authorization. After filling out the credit card information I left my computer for a few minutes and when I came back the reservation had been made already without giving me the opportunity to respond to a prompt to submit, approve, or complete the reservation or to authorize the use of my credit card. I have never experienced a transaction finalizing without my explicit permission to do so,

I am extremely disappointed as my flight was cancelled over 2 months ago and the way was dealt with my situation was unprofessional without a reasonable answer. It seems that I am requesting the refund. However it is also impossible to reach out the management team. So much waste of my time for something that could be dealt automatically as any other companies do.

I am unsatisfied with my experience at TravelUp. I found an identical hotel accommodation on Travelzoo.com for about $60 less. I requested that TravelUp honor the lower price and was informed that TravelUp does NOT match prices with other websites.

We cannot price match as we have a rate supplied by our suppliers. We are often cheaper than our competitors and our hotel team provide great customer service, however there will still be sometimes whereas the rooms are cheaper elsewhere.

If you had checked the booking information before you booked it, you will see you had booked a non refundable room rate which is set by our suppliers.
We can see that our team still tried to see if the booking could be refunded by our supplier but we had no luck.
