Impossible to get through to, none of my online booking codes worked I couldn't change or cancel my flight and then they try to charge me 75GBP to change fight even tho I had literally just booked it. Rude criminals

On informing your office of this problem and stating I was cancelling the booking made with you I was told they would get back to me in 15 minutes. That was 20 hours ago

I'm not happy with the fact that Marriott doesn't see the reservation in the system and travelup does not provide me with the Marriott reservation number. Marriott even says I should be concerned this may be a scam, as reservation numbers are instantly generated.

If you have received an accommodation voucher from us then your booking has been confirmed, some hotel chains hold booking information in a central system and then pass the guest names to the individual hotel a few days before arrival. Travel Up has been the most stressful booking experience of my life. I bought my brother a round trip to Dublin and back to New York last December but on the morning of the flight he unfortunately got COVID. Was worried that I paid all that money but it was too late to change the flight date, but the woman I spoke to said it was no problem, they changed it for me and when he does decide to go again to send them an email just to let them know. He got permission to get 2 weeks off work from March 13th-29th so we emailed TravelUp around 2 weeks ago to let them know, just like they advised. They said they would call my brother later that day and if not by then they would call him the next day and get it sorted. It's been about two weeks now and they've just blown off his emails, saying "thank you for letting us know, we'll get it sorted" and then not informing us of any updates. It's been 2 weeks and we still keep having to call them, trying to get it sorted. Each phone call leaves you on hold for around an hour and a half to two hours, only for it to be a total waste of time. Brother was crying last night he was so stressed because he's supposed to fly in 4 days and we might have to spend around 700 dollars on a flight now with Aer Lingus (Definitely not TravelUp again). Whole thing is a complete mess. I swear this is a scam. It has to be. There's no way a popular airline like this can be so shockingly $#*! when it comes to Customer service Would never ever recommend this airline.

I made the hotel reservation a few minutes back. Reservation Number is HTT-MRVV4V.
I made the reservation for the dates Check in - March 19 and Check Out - March 20.
However, the reservation confirmation email shows wrong dates as Check in - March 20 and Check out - March 21.
It was the mistake on the Travel Up website that reserved the wrong dates for me.
I am currently working with your team by emailing *******@travelup.com and hoping to get my reservation corrected as soon as possible.

Didn't realize hotel was not pet friendly until AFTER I hit the submit button and paid in full. Not happy about being unable to cancel my reservation and losing my payment. It's hard enough dealing with the loss of a family member, finding a hotel shouldn't be such an issue. Did not contact customer service because they state — forfeiture of payment if canceled— right up front.
