They cancelled my reservation and I'm still waiting for the refund.
I paid the total amount but they cancelled my reservation with no reasons.

Upon checking your booking and can see that a refund has been processed by our accounts team and we are no longer holding the funds. Depending on your bank it normally takes 3-7 working days for the payment to show in your account.

I booked with Travel Up and have sent them 3 emails to cancel because they don't offer a full refund if you get COVID. I have tried to call

I booked a hotel last March 24th, 2022 and they charged my account twice. I emailed them right away and they said that they have processed the refund already. On March 30th I emailed them again since it's been a week and I haven't received the refund. Today, they said they'll contact the processing department and advised me to wait. It's frustrating because it doesn't take a week to credit back my bank account.

We paid almost three hundred dollars a night for a hotel room that was tiny dirty and at the very back of the property. When i asked the hotel for the room rates I was told for a week for two people it was four hundred and seventy seven dollars. We stayed at the hotel for ten days. The Better Business Bureau were off should have been one star for location. Do Not use this company unless you know the hotel and have stayed there. They pray on people who trust them to find decent affordable hotels!

Perfect so far hopefully everything will be fine this weekend
I just notice that I want to change reservation or cancel I have to pay a fine. This is not cool. Everybody else I deal with allow me to make a change or cancel 72 hr prior.
I guess this is the only time I am using TravelUP. No one wants to be finded for something that all other 99.9 other sources don't do. 1st time and last time. You ask your self. " HOW DO KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK?" Not by fining them because they make a change or cancelled with a time line... no bueno.

No I had to cancel due to an emergency and with the times the way it is right now I think it's a scam that I wasn't able to receive my deposit back. I'm in the process of contacting better business.

As per section 7 of our terms and conditions which are agreed to at time of booking deposits are non refundable.
7. PAYMENT (DEPOSIT & BALANCE)
You will required to pay a deposit or make full payment at the time of booking (deposits paid to reserve travel components are non-refundable). When you pay an initial deposit the remaining balance must be paid on or before the due date shown on the booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to collect the balance from the card used to make the booking on the due date. If we are unable to collect the remaining balance on or before the due date your booking may be cancelled at a loss of all monies paid to date.

Booked flights to Australia, my partner and I got Covid so we had to postpone our trip by a couple of weeks. It cost us over £700 for the change and we lost the upgraded seats we had already paid for, despite the new flights being advertised at the exact same price as the ones we originally booked. Spent over 4 hours in total trying to fix this with their so called 'customer support' team who never apologised nor showed any empathy. All the agents we spoke to were pretty rude and couldn't care less. I emailed the CEO who never got back so I will now file complaints with consumer associations and the Global Travel Group (IATA / ATOL). I can't believe this type of company is allowed to operate in the UK, tourism industry at its worst.
Impossible to get through to, none of my online booking codes worked I couldn't change or cancel my flight and then they try to charge me 75GBP to change fight even tho I had literally just booked it. Rude criminals
