Terrible. Unclear cancellation policy, charged us $100 PER TICKET to cancel even though it was within 24 hours or initial booking. Will not be using again or recommending. Will dispute credit card charge if they won't give back the money.
I had a horrible experience at the hotel I booked through travel up. I am requesting a refund. When reaching out to Travel Up no one is available for support with this matter. That is completely unacceptable.

As soon as I hit book I realized I put the wrong date and immediately reached out. I finally got an answer later that night that I couldn't change the dates- despite the fact it was still available per the hotel. Than I was charged the $52 dollar fee for canceling

I made a hotel reservation on 6/24 (total cost ~$985 for 3 days) i found out my mother tested positive for covid so i had to cancel my reservation which i did on that very same day 4 hours later. They charged me a $448 cancellation fee. It's worth mentioning the reservation was done 8 days in advance. Completely unacceptable. I travel a lot for business and never had to deal with such a greedy cancellation policy especially for people experiencing a hardship. I advice anyone reading this to stay away from doing business with this company. It might be cheap but it will cost you in long run if you run into any issues or hardships.

In that amount of time, the price increased. Also, the room I selected indicated that I could cancel, but there's a $25 fee for canceling, even the next day. £100 in fees taken from a refund for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. Wouldn't use again or recommend especially at the moment with flight uncertainty the way it is.
