The ticket booking was very stressful since the price changed by the minute. The price was different when we looked at the overview and when we tried to book it, it changed (in less than a minute). But Shane Bond's assistance on the phone was really helpful.

I made reservations for 2 rooms. The first room was for 2 adults and the second room was for 2 adults and 1 child (I indicated the age of child on the website). The travel up website confirmed the amount of money I would pay for my order. The website requested to write the name of the leader of the room 1 and room 2. After entering the names I pressed the conformation button. The conformation email came, but the website didn't let me print my voucher. So when I tried to check the email details, there was an error and the website claimed that there was only 2 total guests indicated in the reservation. However, I ordered and was charged for the 2 rooms (5 people total). But the website was claiming I only ordered 2 rooms for 2 people total, but my credit card was charged for the 5 people. I tried to call travel up customer service, but they couldn't help and told me to send an email to admin office. However, I got no response even when I tried to email and call again. I tried calling the hotel, but they said that I would now need to pay extra for 3 people because the travel up website glitched. Thus, i am upset that because the website glitched, i am forced to pay even more for something i have already paid for. I'm disappointed for this and would like to be helped and have my original order carried out instead of paying the consequences to a glitch on Travel Up's end. I truly feel scammed.

This company will bait and switch your property. When you go to their site to try to change it, you are unable to because their calendar will not let you select the correct date. I am totally unhappy with this company. BEWARE! Their so-called 24/7 service will not pick up till after 9 am, then give you someone you cannot understand. Then make you send an email explaining what happened, with a response of " you're booking is non-refundable"

My stay was never rendered. After I contacted the admin team I was never given a response. I had to book a different room with a different company and Travelup has yet to return my money for the booking.

I booked a hotel with travelup back in january. As the date for the booking approached i tried contacting the hotel for details. The hotel had closed permanently. I contacted travelup, who acknowledged this, and then spent weeks trying to get me to send them more money because of an "error with their systems" so they could refund me. Their phone operators barely speak any english, and have called me multiple times trying to get me to send them more money. I reported them to my bank so i can get the money back, because they are not refunding me.

Easy to book but clear flaws In the cancellation process online. I cancelled twice online due to No responses after canceling. You just gave me a reply after cancel booking that it was submitted for review with no follow up.

Terrible experience. Requested information on fees and taxes that need to be paid when arriving at the resort. Was told to call the resort. The resort didn't understand me and this company couldn't help. Might have been a good deal but pretty sure they are loss leading by not mentioning additional costs on purpose to project a lower price.

Resort fees are always payable locally at the hotel; unfortunately, TravelUp has no control over this. Even when booking with the hotel direct, the fees will be payable at check-in unless the rate mentions otherwise.
This is covered in our terms and conditions agreed to at the booking time.
