Have spent 6 hours today trying to sort my tickets out, I purchased 2 adult tickets one for and one for my sister ive gone onto turkish airlines to pay for allocated seats to find that my ticket is down as a CHILD ticket with them, I have rang them and they have said its an admin error on travel ups behalf half and they need to call them and change them to adults tickets I have emailed about 5 times and called 4 times each time with no response and the phone being put down the last call I was promised a call back which didn't happen!

Quick and easy, however the search was changed and...
Tested positive for covid the day before my trip. Called to cancel hotel reservation. Automated attendant said refund would be issued in 3 to 5 business days. No refund was ever issued. Sent proof of medical records and refund was still denied. Book with a reputable site not this one.

We can see that you contacted us (Travelup) after your check-in date had passed, so unfortunately your reservation was non-refundable and as per our terms we are unable to refund for any no-shows.
Our team will always do their best to assist however, as we do not work with the hotels directly, we have to raise any waiver requests with our third party supplier, who in turn will discuss the case further with the hotel.
As mentioned, you were unable to travel due to a medical reason, and as per our terms and conditions, which were agreed to at the time of booking, each member of the booking must have travel insurance. We would recommend contacting your travel insurance to see if they can cover you due to the circumstances.
