It took multiple tries to make my booking. When I was finally successful, I looked back and saw that it was the wrong booking (I will never know whether it was my fault or their fault). I corrected the mistake and they charged me $491 for a same day change - just a few hours later. Reprehensible!
I will never use this company again.

This was my first time giving it a try and would be my last. Horrible system issue & customer service to having to wait 3 days to resolve my issue and get my hotel confirmation that I already paid. Your system booked me a Hotel I didn't even looked or click for. My hotel I was booking was Krystal Cancun & booked me with Oasis. I don't even know where it got this. I have screen shots of proof of my selections and as I got the confirmation noticed the name of hotel was different called right way after and they couldn't resolve my issue. Your customer service keeps answering the leaving me hold for long times & disconnecting as I have called several times & the few that answer they just keep saying they will get back to me by email. They just keep tossing the ball for this past 3 days. Saying admin will handle that issue that it's not there department that all is resolved by email. So my question to U and CEO is why u hired this people if they can't resolve booking issues & 2nd why do you sell in USA if they don't have a manager in USA to answer for escalations. Why u offer services your people can't resolve nor trained for. I even asked for a response by email to admin twice never heard back from them till this day and time. What kind of employees you hire to give the worst customer experience that is how businesses close for not training or having the customer satisfaction from customers. I am going to send this to make people about this company horrible customer service and having my money and not responding that's like a scam company.

We have called them 4 times (with over an hour wait each time, twice they put us on hold without returning to the call and on the last occasion the wait was 2 hours). In addition we have emailed them 9 times to coordinate last leg of our journey home- due to cancelled flight They do not respond. Booking through them puts a shadow over your holiday. They are TERRIBLE.
Avoid this company like the plague,
I bought tickets to on SkyScanner for two people at the value of £2400, the booking was under 'British Airways and Qantas' but without any update or warning they pushed us onto an American flight chain and were met with restrictions with Visa's not being possible,
I called these people and along with speaking with 3 terribly rude representatives, I was told that they would happily cancel the flight that they falsely advertised me, but it would come at a £75 'Administration fee' per ticket which I am happy with.
However, on top of this with absolutely no justification what so ever they told me that I was liable for a deduction of around £1800 in my deposit leading me to have a total refund of £389 out of £2400.
I then proceeded to get in touch with them and was unable to get any assistance, so I took matter into my own hands to call American Airlines to see if they could make the most out of the situation and put me on a neighbouring flight. Upon discussing this with them they told me that their cancellation fee for their flight would be $200 per ticket (£164.50), so in other words this company under their scam attempt of upselling a falsely advertised ticket has practically robbed me.
I have been building my case to present for a credit card claim in which will have magical results following voice recordings and other written evidence. Thank you for ruining a once celebrated family holiday and leaving a bad taste in my month.

This was my first time using Travel Up. I had to change my flight time, I contacted the administrator, Mr Anderson for help in processing the change. He was very quick to respond and was extremely helpful and supportive. I was able to change my flight time which was a huge relief. I will definitely use Travel Up again.

I mistakenly entered the wrong date for my reservation by one day. The hotel suggested that I call travel up and that it could likely be cleared up easily. Sadly I tried to call several times however my call would never go through. I will not be using this site in the future.

I recognized that i did mistake in my name's spelling. I informed then just 1 minute after booking eventhough they charged me 250$ to correct it. And all the airlines make these changes for free for the first 24 hours
