Terrible service. DO NOT USE. I inquired about cancelling a reservation because I could not find the information on their website. They just went ahead and cancelled it and didn't even credit me for half of what it was worth.

Leaving out the resort fee, this site is useless and made my trip worse for no reason. The dishonesty is probably indicative of the type of company and type of people in management. I will never use this again.

They are decided and govern by the local authority, and we have no control on it. THE MOST DISHONEST company I have EVER dealt with. I bought a one way business class ticket from them and another one way business ticket from another company and had to cancel both ticket more than one month before my trip due to unforeseen circumstances. The other company penalized me $500 and refunded me within a week. Travel up penalized me over $880 which I agreed but it took several emails to get partial payment of my refund after about 8 weeks. I kept writing to them and they kept saying rest my refund is in process and then stopped responding to my emails. I had to go to my credit card company to get the rest of my refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this DISHONEST company.

I have booked the flight but it's been cancelled by airline. Travelup gave me the two option voucher or cash refund, which will be flight ticket minus £50 admission fee, in my case they told me the refund amount will be £649.58. They clearly stated this amount for option 2 then I agreed for cash refund. First of all, refund was not made for a month, it's same experience as other critical reviews say, email response is not attentive which makes unreliable. Finally I got refunded in the bank but it was £291.71. This number didn't make any sense. They owe me £357.87 and they don't provide me any breakdown of this amount. There is no explanation about their initial statement £649.58 is so different from what they refund, £291.71. Please avoid this company not to lose your money.

I booked tickets with reserved seats that I paid for additional £300. Now 5 days before travel I find out that seats were not reserved. Extremely difficult to contact the company, they either put you on long hold, or so not answer at all. Their website shows me that at this time they cannot retrieve my reservation. Reached them finally on Sunday, they told me they get back to me. Nobody did, and when I called two days later, two days before my flight, they finally sent my claim to management. Now they are advising me to be patient. This is a trip to Madagascar that has two very long legs, and I am afraid I will end up in the middle seat. DO NOT USE THEM!

I call them to make a hotel booking for Montego bay Jamaica. They send me a payment link I put my husband as the lead guest since it was his credit card that pays for the hotel. When they send me the voucher it stated my name instead of my husband. Been emailing them since then and they keeps on giving me the run around. TRAVEL NOWHERE WITH TRAVEL UP
Firstly there should be some accountability as to why Travel up is allowed on websites such as Sky scanner and such. This "travel agency" is a total rip off. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING ON THIS SITE. I booked a flight for myself and partner and child. Leaving from London Heathrow. I agreed the booking paid the money over the phone when Travel up sent a email payment link to process. The agent sent me the itinerary before I paid leaving from LHR. And I paid. He said the confirmation would be there within 24 hours. Only to wake up the next day, and check and see the agent booked me flying out from London City airport! This on Friday afternoon is a 3 hour trek through London. I called the agents back and after what seems liked hours of trying to make these people understand, they agreed on email to give me a refund minus the booking fee. Now why would I pay for a booking fee that was booked in error by the agent. This is absurd! This happened in May 2022. Its now November 20th 2022. And Travel up have just sent me and email after months of battling with these people to get a £400 refund they cannot give me one. My advise to Skyscanner's and the big platform providers is to review properly these charlatans, thieves, low energy vampires, and get rid of them off their platforms. I also emailed the CEO ALI SHAH but as usual he made his wealth of ripping normal people like us off. I will be taking legal action on Travel up as these online thieves cannot have a voice or and standing. TAKE ACTION GET RID OF THESE ROBBERS.

This is the first time I used your site to book a flight. I booked it and tried to cancel hours later because my partner told me she just discovered the dates were possibly going to change. However when I spoke to the CSR, who put me on hold 3 times over a 30-40 duration, told me there was a $50 cancellation fee and a non refundable booking fee. This was a complete surprise to me especially since every other online flight booking company I've used be has a free 24 hour full refund booking policy.

They consistently provided a certain price, but had an "error" each time I tried to book. When I reached out, they never picked up the phone, and their email was a canned response of "try another hotel" terrible site that should be pulled down.
