Moneymakers with reactive customer service (more than 10 calls made) and an app that looks like a scam. Do not choose this travel agency! I've lost 1K pounds, and, honestly, they don't care about my loss, so they will likely not care about yours too. They care about the money they make by offering cheap flights, which benefit primarily themselves and their business partners. If you need to re-book (even on the spot) or cancel your flight, they will do anything to keep the money with themselves, which comes with the costs of silly terms and services. Their strength is to say "I'm sorry!". They do not respond within 24h. They will likely ignore you for at least a week to say that they cannot refund you. They have bad reviews, and they seem to be buying reviews to look more trustworthy. I'd recommend that you buy directly from the airline company or that you choose a better travel agency. Do not be tempted by cheap offers! They'd cooked me up for a year and didn't want to refund me for my Lufthansa's canceled flight. After a year, I contacted them requesting options to not lose the money, and they said that 47 pounds was the total amount that I could get from the reimbursement, but in the format of the voucher, of course! So, think twice when buying your next cheap flight!

This kind of company should not exist. Spent the price of a new round way ticket to change the dates it is totally a scam and there are hidden rules. If you miss one sector of your flight,the rest will be cancelled no matter what you do. Called 20 time, more than 3 hours and 20 emails, they are still not able to send me a propre link so that I can pay to change the date. It brings mayor stress and frustration to my vacation. And All I want is just to modify the flying dates.The attitude of the personnel on call with me is OK and she tries to help, however the company is afterall not able to provide a basic service as a flight date change. Avoid travelup if you can!

Horrible customer service and a complete scam. We booked flights back home on Copa Airlines and TravelUp took our $1300 but did not pay Copa. After calling and emailing numerous times we were lied to repeatedly and told that the issue had been resolved despite Copa's site still showing nonpayment by TravelUp. When we arrived at the airport, our worst fears were realized when the Copa agent confirmed that no payment had been received and that the "ticket numbers" we were issued were invalid. Tried calling TravelUp again from the airport and they denied even having a reservation in our name and hung up on us. Had to rebook $2700 tickets to get home on top of the $1300 we had already paid TravelUp. Have already put the charge in dispute with our bank and are reporting TravelUp to every regulatory agency in the US and the UK in addition to filing claims against them. A complete nightmare, do fall victim to their scam as we did! Avoid like the plague!

Unfortunately, it is one of the worst sites that I have dealt with throughout my life, to the extent that the reservation was canceled due to nationality. Is it possible for you and the hotel to ask what is my nationality and based on that the reservation is confirmed or canceled? I know that you will say that the hotel is the one who asked, so what is your role in protecting the rights of the customer? If you only deal financially, I will not imagine that you will gain the satisfaction of the customer. Anyhow, i already booked the same voucher with different agent and the reservation was confirmed.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not want to accept the reservation on the grounds that it did not know the company and that I probably ordered from a fake website. They required me to book a new room from them or from Booking. Fortunately, my stay at the hotel was three days and I received a fairly quick response from your representative. Answer only by e-mail, it was not possible to reach you by phone, waiting time of about 40 minutes and hanging up. Your representative contacted the supplier and everything worked out, I received a credit for my payment, but it made me nervous and ruined the vacation a bit.

I booked flights with Travelup 10 months before my holiday in the US.
Halfway through my holiday I received a message that my return flight had been brought forward by 10 hours. The problem was that I was travelling and not returning to the departure city until 6 hours before my original flight.
Also, my flight changes added an extra stop and very short connection times, in one instance less than one and a half hours.
Travelup would not discuss these issues and just kept sending emails asking me if I wanted these return flights. Eventually I had to cancel and rebook a return flight a week before my journey. It was extortionate and left me out of pocket by £1163.
Travelup gave me a refund of £106.
I intend to report them to Trading Standards.
Never use them!
