Really great options for rooms for the hotel we wanted. The price was cheaper than many of the other major sites. The confirmation was received immediately which was really great. Overall a fantastic job by TravelUp.
I tried very carefully to make sure all the booking details were correct, but despite believing I had the correct check in and out dates, the reservation ended up wrong. And this is not the first time this has happened on one of these third party websites.

I was ill on travelling to Bangladesh. Contacted them several times to change date of return as I was not well to travel. They completely ignored my emails and contacted the day before the flight asking double the amount to pay ti change the date. Would not recommend booking with them and personally I will never book with them. Very unprofessional and inefficient.

I just booked a flight from travel up, the original price of the flight is £5XX, and I added £1XX for the checked baggage. After I paid, the confirmation email told me that I only booked for hand baggage. I have called the customer service team and they said that's what I booked, I requested to cancel the booking, and it charged me £90. That's not reasonable

I tried to book an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. I paid the deposit and was given a confirmation number. The number didn't work. I contacted support, they said their site was under maintenance and it would work in 24-48 hours. A week later it still didn't work, they didn't have a number for the hotel and quit responding to my questions. I had to open a fraud case with American Express to get my money back for the deposit.
DO NOT USE this company. They are a total scam. Saving a few dollars at the risk of being stranded in another country isn't worth it. Use a reputable site to book your vacations.

Not good I was to only be charged a small down payment but was charged the entire amount. I have called five times I've never been able to speak to anybody have been kept on hold for hours.

I tested positive for COVID-19 and had to cancel my hotel booking. TravelUp made cancelation a nightmare. I still don't know if it got canceled or not. Use any other booking site than TravelUp.

Honestly so disappointed. Tried to change flight and got two useless emails back with no payment link. I'm literally about to fly in a few hours. Had to send at least three four emails to get a respond when I literally replied two minutes after i recieved the email. Wont be using this agent again. Been trying to do the same thing for literally a week - all you had to do was respond and i am all ready to pay and provide any information you need. Not sure why this was such an issue? You left this til the last minute - now its too late to do anything.
The reason i cant change my flight is because its under 24hrs notice when i literally contacted you 7 days in advance?
At this point just close down the company because it seems like no one in this company can get anything done right.

I'm very disappointed this website offer FREE cancelation on the 24 hour period! And is not true. Be careful! I make a reservation yesterday and because the hurricane passing near my place in Tampa we desire to cancel the reservation. 2 hours after was made it! And now they're not want to gime my money back. When I went on your website for a Hawaii hotel the first time your prices were in Pounds, not Dollars and I couldn't find the Hilton Hawaiian Village. After 2 hours I had to ask a friend who had already booked her Hilton Hawaiin Village stay with you to book my reservation. She was finally able to book my reservation. But way too much work and time was spent using TravelUp.
