My husband and I traveled from upstate New York to North Carolina and stayed at the SureStay Plus Hotel in Fayetteville. The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff and guest were very welcoming and there to assist. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and their dedication to make sure that my husband and I was good is the key thing that will make us stay at that hotel again. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to North Carolina. 5 stars is all I can rate but they deserve and 11 for going above and beyond!
My experience with TravelUp left me unwilling to use the site again. I had difficulty checking into the hotel. The pdf that was sent was not helpful. The hotel had challenges connecting my reservation and my payment. At the end of my stay I was charged $270 by the hotel that could not be refunded. I will not use this site again.

After my booking, I learned the reservation is valid for English citizens only...
So I had to cancel my reservations, but I am glad the customer service assisted me very quikly with refund of my paid amount.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they do not allow pets. The booking said the hotel was pet friendly and I noted that we had a dog in comments. The hotel had cancelled our reservation without you or them telling us. It is a support animal. Created a problem in that our daughter and dog could not stay with us. Unacceptable practice! Very disappointed. Will go direct to hotel in future.
