Room was supposed to come with breakfast and they. Harvard me separately. Also I was placed in a deserted building for this reservation with inadequate lighting. I want my money back very dissatisfied!

It was hard to get a person on the phone with you. Customer service just seem to be off had to ask for extra towels and it was further away from downtown then we thought.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a hotel stay, got confirmations and everything looked good...until I called the hotel a week later. All confirmations were invalid, the concierge told me she had never heard of confirmations being like this...none of it was real. I followed up by trying to call, on hold for an hour with the same recorded messaged and the same 19-minute wait time over and over. I finally logged into TravelUp and saw a canceled message next to my reservation...yet my credit card had been charged. None of it added up. Freezing my credit card and will never use the site again.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the hotel and not see your reservation immediately reflected. Please rest assured that TravelUp is not a scam — we are a fully established and trusted travel agency used by thousands of customers worldwide.

As clearly stated on our website and in our terms and conditions, in some cases hotel reservations can take up to 72 hours to be confirmed and passed through to the property’s system. This depends on the supplier and the specific booking conditions tied to the rate you selected. We appreciate your concern, but it’s possible the booking was still being processed at the time you checked.

It’s unfortunate that this review was left so early in the process, and we would have appreciated the chance to look into and resolve this for you before conclusions were drawn. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our support team so we can provide a clear update and help resolve any remaining concerns.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to be charged without immediately receiving a confirmation — that’s not the experience we want any of our customers to have. While our pricing is designed to offer great value, we also aim to deliver a smooth and reassuring booking process from start to finish.

Please note that, as mentioned on our website and in our terms and conditions, in some cases it can take up to 72 hours for a booking to be fully confirmed, depending on the supplier and the rate selected. However, from our records, we can see that your reservation has now been confirmed and a confirmation email has already been sent to you.

If you’re still unable to locate it, please check your spam or junk folder, or feel free to contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to resend it.

This probably the worst travel agency in the world
They ripped us off and never refund the money in amount of $750
I suggest that nobody should ever use that travel agency
They positioned themselves, but they not even the middleman. They don't have anything they have to offer you.
