Don't waste your time!
This company will not issue credit. I helped my family create their very own top cash back accounts so they can get their own deals. We all purchased a sweater each from old navy to get the $20 top cash back deal they had going in October 18,2021. They allowed us to make the purchase on the accounts and then when it came time to log in to get our money cashed out to us they locked us ALL out of our accounts. I contacted them by email and they claimed all the accounts where all mine and they refused to believe me that they were for each of my family members. They said the credentials were all similar. I told them that's because I helped my family members create their accounts so they can get their own deals. I explained to them there were men and female sweaters for my husband my sons and daughter and we all used our own credit cards to make the purchases, they didn't care. I ended telling them to cancel all of our accounts. And we returned all of our sweaters except one of them because my youngest son wore his already. They didn't care nor did they believe me which is very upsetting. I know there are a lot of people that like to scam others and companies but not everyone is that way. Its very frustrating to go through this especially because I referred a lot of people on social media, my friends and family to this company for this scam of a company. Very upsetting

I can't even begin to put into words all the feels that Top Cash Back gives me! I love to shop, but I love a good deal. And, it's always a good deal when you're getting cash back! And, Top Cash Back pays the most, seriously. Look it up. Plus, the treats games are a lot of fun, and it helps bring the community of users together on social media to help one another find extra treats! Which is something I have yet to see another site of it's kind offer! And, with super quick payouts, there's none above them! That's why they call it Top Cash Back! This site is legit!

I have been using topcashback for years and they are one of the best cash back sites. They usually offer the most and are quick to payout. They also have amazing customer service for the rare times that I have issues.

I took advantage of an HBO offer this past summer. As I understand the issue from multiple sources it appears that HBO made a mistake when they transmitted an offer to the cash back sites, and have refused to honor their offer to the sites. I've heard that many other sites are, in turn, refusing to honor their offer to the customer. It took a long time for me, but TCB has honored their commitment. I don't think it gets any better than this.

I have been using TCB since it was first launched. I have had missing cashbacks in the past but I didn't bother. Until recently they refuse to pay cashback for the $35 Walmart deal. It was obvious that it was for everyone when I used the link. However as I found out the amount tracked was way less than promised, I reached out to TCB and they refused to honor the deal. They told me that the deal was for new customers only but the page has no indication of that at all.

I kindly told them on 10/26 that there's another freebie page that has no mention of new customer and it was working. They secretly changed it and told me oh it was actually for new customer only. That is just ridiculous.

Garbage company. Took forever to give a resolution and then blamed the company for their fraud. Stay far away, I will for now on.
