Garbage company. Took forever to give a resolution and then blamed the company for their fraud. Stay far away, I will for now on.

I successfully did the HBO Max deal from several months ago for a large chunk back from an annual subscription. HBO Max reneged on the Cashback for unknown reasons, but Too Cashback came through like champs because I followed all of the T's & C's. They will be my Cashback portal from now on because of this.

I've used TopCashback for years. Most recently, they paid my HBOMAX subscription claim from their own finances, when HBOMAX made a posting error and reneged on the deal. I really appreciated it.

Rates are consistently high, very often the highest of the CB sites. I have had a couple cases now where I needed their help to get payments to track, they were pleasant and helpful. In one case the merchant didn't honor the promised cashback and they even paid out of their own pocket to resolve. Appreciate their professionalism.

Many people may have been angered by the HBO Max debacle with TCB. I appreciate that even though it took several months while TCB sorted the mess out, they were in communication with those of us affected. I appreciate that even when HBO decided not to pay out or when something got messed up, that TCB stood by what happened and did right by their customers even when it cost them their own money. Customer service, honesty, and accountability this great is a rarity these days. I would definitely recommend TCB and plan to keep using them myself.

I have been using TopCashback for over 3 years and earned over $300 cashback. With any cashback site, there are always issues occasionally with purchases not tracking (due to ad blockers, issues with the merchant website, I don't know...) I've used a variety of different cashback sites but TopCashback stands out with their customer service doing the right thing and making issues right by their customer. I had a large purchase that did not track due to and issue with the merchant and TopCashback covered the amount out of their own pocket. I will be using TopCashback for years to come.

I have been using topcashback for over 5 years. They typically offer the highest payout for my shopping experience and many times have factored into my decision to make a purchase from a merchant. The percent I get back down the road has been important in my decision on whether to make a purchase or not.

Customer service with them can take a long time, as well as payouts, not much different than other sites I've used, so this is the expectation for the industry. I have had to file a few claims and the outcomes of typically go my way. Even when the merchant I purchased from doesn't come through on their end, topcashback makes it right. I firmly believe they try and do what they can to make their customers happy.

I was compelled to write this review, even though I typically don't do reviews. I had another great experience with them and they deserve to be a recognized for it.

Recently, HBO backed out on a promise to pay the promotional rate as promised in the subscription promotion, and TopCash was top notch honoring the terms of the deal. Excellent customer service for TopCashBack! Two thumbs up!

Not only is Topcashback competitive with their rates, if your cashback doesn't show up, they will honor your claim with adequate proof of purchase.
