I've had great success using TopCashBack. While it can take a long time for money to be deposited and sometimes claims are rejected, typically cash back for purchases are honored. There are a number of terms and conditions (certain coupons cannot be used with cash back) so I don't usually challenge rejected claims. Recently, a vendor essentially waited until the claim was outside the window to process it and then rejected it (allowing them to say that the claim was too old for consideration). TopCashBack noted this unfair conduct and still honored my cashback (although it did take many months).

With every purchase I have made, I have had to contact topcashback to find out where my cash back is. I have yet to receive $81 from a trip I booked on VRBO in Jan 2021, and completed in July. I am getting no help in getting the cash back I am owed. Rakuten is 100% better when it comes to these cash back programs.

Worst cash back site I have used. They entice you with huge cashback offers but never payout on them. Out of about 20 purchases, only 1 has shown up in my account. I have gone thru the process of claiming missing cash back and still waiting on hundreds of dollars of cash back. Some merchants such as Zappos you can't even file a missing cash back claim. AVOID AT ALL COST!

My cashback was missing, and it was my first experience with Topcashback, afterback and forth they track the cashback and they mentioned that the cashback went missing and they weill do they best to solve this issue with retailer in just few days i got my cashback in my account balance. I've been using cash back referral sites for the past five years, and Top Cash Back is my favorite. Most of the time, TCB offers the highest rates of return on purchases than do other programs, and they have the largest list of vendors. This past year, I inquired about a completed purchase that was declined, and I was eventually rewarded the cash back amount when I went through TBC's process for challenging the initially declined purchase. (I was very happy, as the temporarily improved offer figured significantly in my purchase, so I was glad to eventually get that financial incentive. I know from personal experience that the system of inquiry works for declined but legitimate purchases, and so I am willing to be more loyal to TCB, even if other cash back sites offer a higher percentage as an incentive. I know that the company provided what they promise.

With topcashback you actually earn money for making online or even in-store purchases. YES! They will send a check straight to your mailbox (or my favorite… your PayPal account) just because you clicked through topcashback before you buy something. Thank you

I'm still new on TopCashback, but so far it's going great! There are so many deals and cash back options you can choose from. They do games and giveaways. Right now, they're doing Autumn Treats where you can win several prizes. It's definitely a fun game, just go to different stores and find the hummingbird. This is one of my favorite cash back sites, especially with them doing so much for their customers. If you've never used them, I highly suggest downloading it, or signing up online. It's honestly worth it, and like I said they do fun things for us too.

Often refuses to pay offered cashback on purchases. Best to use more honest cashback sites like rakuten or mr. Rebates

Waited 5 months so far for cashback on a laptop purchase, seems like when any reasonable sized purchase happens through their site the cashback is nowhere to be seen, will be deleting my account and not using them again once its all sorted.
