Thought at first the offer by $25 worth of stuff at Walmart get $25 back was a hoax. I clicked on the link, it took me to the shopping at Walmart and as stated within seven days the money was in my account. They had technical difficulties getting my virtual visa card within no time at all they had it fixed and I had the money. So far they've done everything they said they're going to do. Good to work with and when they say you're going to get your money you get your money. What more could you ask!

Not sure why but after using cashback websites for a few years, TopCashback is the only one that continues to make it difficult when it comes to paying back. As a new user, the TopCashback was normal just like any other website, however, after almost a year of using them, there is always some sort of problem when it comes to claiming missing cash or transactions. Its always either the vendor is not paying or the user did something incorrect. Interesting enough though, they are the only company I continue to have problems with. After my first problem claiming cash, I have made sure to use a completely new page, cookies cleared, etc before clicking the icon on their website, so the odds of it being a problem on my end are very small. Made a similar purchase a few months ago through a different cashback app with the same vendor and they paid out with no problem. At this point, I have no intentions of using them again, regardless of what percentage they offer on cashback, since there is a high possibility, you won't receive anything anyways

Everything was fine I have 1 approved and 1 pending Cashback and I added my paypal details for which I had to wait for 48 hrs to reflect. And now suddenly I can't login anymore, tried forgot password for which I did not get an email to reset password and also created a ticket but no response.

I made some purchases through topcashback. They have recorded my shopping trips.
But I didn't get cash back. They said they didn't get cash back from the retailer. They said "We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain entities can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the ‘last referrer' of the sale.". I didn't go anywhere else(other website) during the transaction.
Don't know what happened.
