I made a purchase yesterday at Petco using their service because they are supposed to match the offers from other cashback sites plus a bit and Rakuten had 10%. I have had issues in the past with small amounts not crediting and just kind of blew it off as a glitch or maybe I missed something, but I knew last night would be a reasonable sized purchase. Not a ton, would have been like $13.54 back. So when I went to make it, I was very careful. Started with zero items in my cart like they suggest, opened from their page, repeatedly ensured that the browser extension showed as activated, and ultimately took a screenshot of the activated browser extension as I was checking out. I emailed them to match Rakuten's cashback percentage. "Todd" (of course) responded that they didn't see the purchase and I must have not used their link or browser extension. Way to deflect, Todd! I most definitely did and the real issue is that they are either unwilling to provide the cashback or their software is such trash that they are unable to do so. I am an senior IT consultant. It was not user error, and I really don't appreciate them implying that it was from the jump. I have never been able to cash out from this site because it so often does not register my purchases. Even though it wasn't much money, I think I am going to complain to the merchant, Petco, who actually pays them about my experience, whether it was intentional or issues they have with their tracking. I hope other people do the same. That is what will actually make a difference. At a certain point, those merchants will end their affiliate relationship with these people versus paying them only to have their own customers complain about being scammed. Just gross, Todd.
The login into my account was very easy to navigate to get to it. Found the heading for Pay out found how much my pay out would be. I submitted my request with no issue and picked how I wanted my payout from the different options.

BeFrugal site says I will get the cash back and I click on the site from the BeFrugal webpage, so I'm at a loss as to why I don't get it.
It's extremely easy to use BeFrugal. My one note of complaint is that you have to request a payout, versus similar services that have set pay out periods. I had to enter my account to see that I had $62 in payouts available.
It is always a pleasant surprise to get some cash back for shopping I had to do anyway, BeFrugal appeals to me because of the variety of vendors. Thank you, you make it easy to be frugal.

This has been a fun way to earn a little extra cash on everyday purchases and it takes only seconds to click "the pig" in your toolbar. It is not a lot of and at some of the stores have restrictions on what purchases earn credits. The system is also a little picky about registering your shopping trips. Make sure you click the "pig" before you build your shopping bag and don't have any other shopping tools open when you do or the purchase may not count.
